- Wait what! A custom ready -to-run dually truck right out of the box? CEN went for something different, they took their new DL series to a different level giving us something new and fresh, a Ford F450 that will turn heads wherever it’s driven. Licensed Ford Body, American Force Wheels, Fury Tires, CEN has our attention! We obviously got our hands on this new rig for a full RC Driver RTR treatment. First, we’ll dissect the truck and go over it in great detail, showing off it’s interesting features. Then we’ll take it out for a drive and wrap the review up with our performance thoughts. I think they need to make a goose neck hitch for it, and make the adaptor to bring the hitch out more. But for scale 1 ton vehicle, I think the goose neck hitch would be the perfect addition to it. That truck looks so cool.
Hope they make a 3500 Silverado and a Dodge of the same size.

I think CEN has a pretty awesome rig with this, I have never been a fan of American Force bro dozer rims, but wheels and tires are an easy thing to change.
I love the look of this truck.
I could see a new form of competition forming (well sort of new-- RC Sparks already does a form of it with his "Loading Wars" series), driving an obstacle course with a trailer in forward and reverse.
Plus, I can't wait to see what comes from the aftermarket to support this truck-- And the modifications people will do.
Looks like I'll be spending quite a bit more 💰💰💰
That body is killer! they hit a home run on the body. It would be awesome to see trail truck version of that one. A dually rock crawler would be a great addison to the scale trail off road vehicles.

Amazing looking scale! Hoping for a RAM Licensed Body too.
Like alot of people I will totaly wait for the GMC or Chevrolet. Other than that I am impressed. Dog bones are soooooo much stronger than most cvd and you have to spend alot on u joints to get to the strength. The carrier is awesome. The diffs look strong. Trans=nice gear options. Not positive but I think they did that with their monster truck line. Those wheels are polarizing. People may swap on semi suff on and lower it. Do the fast vid. I would watch it

What battery would you suggest? This will be my 1st RC vehicles since a 12 yr old kid in 2001 when I bought a 4x4 Chevy Avalanche from Radio Shack for $100.
I think minus the window stickers (just ridiculous) its a Fantastic looking truck they knocked the body outta the park. other than that tho it really serves no purpose? its not a crawler cant do anything as far crawling goes, its not a race truck its slow, the tires aren't 1.9 or 2.2 4x4 style crawler tires there more sporty looking or SC like. I dont know, I do love the look but looks only matter if your pockets are deep. I just dont see the purpose for a truck like this... Had they used this same body w/ CLEAR WINDOWS on a Crawler Chassis with Crawler Tires , Suspension the whole 9 yards they wouldn't be able to keep them on the shelf. Great Video 👍🏼

You should put the 600 LeMans motor from kyosho in it it's a 550 and but it has over 20,000 RPM.

I'm a Ford person, and I love dually trucks. I'm glad someone came out with a Ford instead of a Dodge because they have oversaturated the market with them, and I have never liked the body styles, and that is why I have never purchased one, but I will definitely purchase this one.
Another person who reviewed this truck had problems with range on the radio. Did you find any problems with range with the included radio?

The 1040 went bad on mine put a 1060 in it if it goes bad, I will put a 1080 have never had a problem with those.

That's really pretty but all my rc models end up doing roof slides not long after leaving the box.

Looks good but I'd swap out the wheels and tires to 1.9 dually's and TSL's...oh...lock the diffs , add a AX2 2-SPEED...then I'd be useful.

they sprayed the black ,because of all the pearls in the blue. they needed a black substrate to put the blue on to get the effects of that color.
Shocks seem to hard for off-road use. Softer shock oil would be best.

I don't see this truck having a lot of widespread appeal, but I do see this chassis having a lot of other interesting uses that could prove to make it popular. 6x6 builds, 1:10 trailer truck builds, etc.

Would of been nice if the wheel fit in the body shell and did not stick out so much.
I have had true rtr trucks and any truck that requires a battery and charger separate is not a true rtr
