Do you sanitize the tree 🪵 stump after the chicken meat 🍖 is on it ? OR Do you just cut the top off and use it for fire 🔥 material? Very earthy style … I hit like 👍
Since we're situated in Chennai where it is too hot for a fireplace, and also because we use a gas stove, we don't need the firewood. So we don't cut it and use it for fire material. On a serious note, you can wash it immediately after cutting chicken. Dry it off completely and apply oil on it before storing.
Did it today and I would dub it as a great success!!! In Greek soups you won't see milk very often but I adored it.
