Well i know Amsterdam is not cheap but 10 euro is not cheap though, anything above 6-7 euro is not cheap! Also i would have liked the prices of each selection shown/displayed on the screen.
My first comment! Love your videos. You have such unique and helpful tips. In Berlin, there are kebabs for like EUR3. There’s nothing like that in Amsterdam? Asian food series please!
Thank you! We have snackbarswhich have some cheap food, too. And they are actually called snackbars (don't know why but I Love that). I definitely need to do an Asian food series! Might do a collaboration with another UA-camr for it, too 😁
That Hot Dog. Omg I love loaded dogs! That bread. Oh my. I wish I could find something like that here in the United States because I love good hot dogs. And not just with catch it but with ketchup.😁✌️ Nice job. Good video. ❤️
I love the de foodhallen! It's very busy and a bit pricey. But I lived near it when it opened, and just really appreciate having all those options in one place. Just go early or just not at a peak lunch/dinner time.
I enjoy your videos . Can you do a video on current Covid/vaccination requirements in Amsterdam? Do you need to show proof of vaccination in restaurants and museums?
Thank you! Things change too fast to spend time making a video for it. But here's the website with everything from entry requirements to current restrictions: www.government.nl/topics/coronavirus-covid-19
Hello, I'm from Costa Rica, I'm a new follower and I really think that these types of videos are very useful. So my fiancee and I are going to Amsterdam in December for a Eurotrip for our honeymoon... So of course we have a budget... Can you recommend me a nice place or places to have dinner there for 20 or 30? euros, please.. Thank you very much!!!
Great to have you! Thanks for subscribing. Congratulations on the upcoming wedding 🤗 In regards to your request, I'm really not sure. It's a pretty expensive city to eat out. I'll try to think of something, but check out my friend's website Amsterdamfoodie.nl. maybe she has some helpful information for you. And you do mean 20-30 per person right?
@@aWanderlustForLife firts of all,Thanks a lot for answer my comment!! and also thanks a lot for your lovely vibes, You're a very nice person!! Yeap, 20 or 30 euros per person. I'm going to check your friends website!
Try Eetcafé ‘t Pakhuis in the Voetboogstraat in the centre of Amsterdam. It is a simple restaurant with a very decent but limited menu, with fish, meat and vegetarian options. It’s a reasonable old restaurant, I used to eat there a lot when I was a student, some forty years ago. It still exists, so it must be a good restaurant. All dishes are under €20, and they have menu cards in Spanish.
We've been to a bunch in the guide but only one with a regular star (Graphite by Peter Gast) which we didn't love. It was fine, but didn't meet the "wow" expectation. One green Star (De Kas) which we do love and highly recommend. Everyone we know who goes there loves it and it's the go-to for good food at a good price that's just nice enough to go for a celebration but not intimidating. And we've gone to 101 Gowrie a few times and it's our new favorite. The chef was awarded Best Young chef ( I think is the title) from Michelin.
I wouldn't say cheap, but quality, good cheap (for Amsterdam) 😂 Soooo I thought about under €5. But I have a street food video that might have to do for that. You can probably get a Herring Broodje or something from FEBO for that. And of course breakfast from HEMA!
Everything looked so good especially that Lebanese flatbread! I'm glad there are a lot of great meals available for a low price!
Me, too. It's an expensive city but there are some definite gems!
Yeap its generally called a shawarma.

we are talking about Amsterdam 😭😭 €10 is the cheapest it can get

Nice job. Good video. ❤️
Thank you! Yeah that bun was pretty awesome! There are so many loaded dogs with various sausages. Great for anyone who likes sausages!
Hi Jessica, please stop making me hungry! Great vlog! 😄
Never! 😁
🤣🤣🤣
Have you eaten it all. Because in the Netherlands we don't like to waist food. My mother always expected us to empty our plate.
Fun video. Can't wait for it to open up again
Thanks!
You need to go to the ‘smoked crispy bacon sandwich house’ it’s unbelievable. Broodje Hans at this shop is awesome as well
When did this open? I've walked past this spot many times and don't remember seeing it. But it's on my list now, thank you!
@@aWanderlustForLife This place opened 30 years ago! You have to go ! I want to apologize ad front for the new sandwich addition ❤️
A video on halal food options would be great as well!
Oh there are so many options! Thanks for the tip!
Appreciate that You replied :), waiting for a video on that, as theres actually a huge demand for that!
Is the food Hallen worth a visit?

can i travel to Amsterdam by flight from UK as a tourist. I will coming by 26mac 2022
All information can be found on the government website www.government.nl/topics/coronavirus-covid-19/visiting-the-netherlands-from-abroad
I understand u call it cheap, but what would be a great and challenging video will be of making it under 5 euros 😁

Good suggestion, and by the way with the rising inflation everyday , u can't be sure as to what is cheap for how long 😅
Broodje speculaas.
show them a kapsalon😱
Your little bites 🤣😂
I used to take too big of bites 😂 Took me forever to finish to talk again.
@@aWanderlustForLife Your video subjects are amazing 👍 How long would it take you too eat a piece of pizza😁
Thinking back to last night when I got Dominos (please don't judge!), about 30 seconds 😁 I eat differently off-camera 😉
