Yea. They're not lasting through hard jobs. They look good, though. Maybe for people who just walk a lot in first surfaces. The leather is heavily treated with plastic, and I'd be sketched out at work if I was doing hard jobs.
Hey!, believe me, they're strong! but, above all, so comfy. Almost 1 year and they keep in one piece. Pretty thick and soft leather at the same time.

Agree on the comfort. Not made in America. They're a cheaply made thorogood clone posing as premium. Cheap outsoles but very soft so more comfy. A lot of synthetic materials that break down faster than a better quality boot. Haven't worked in them yet but I'm sure they'd hold under light work for a while. The leather quality is very dubious. They hide the thin leather a little, with the liner. So if you're working around sharp metal or rough jobs, like construction, I wouldn't even try them. Get rockroosters or handmen (with better quality leather and leather welt AND more comfy) or find some Irish setter ashbys in sale. Much better options at this price point.
I have these boots and you are who lies here discrediting them. These are real fine shoes: strong and comfy tanks. I am a personal witness.
This is just a BS Sureway infomercial. I disagree with just about everything mentioned but damn, very well said.

Wolverine owns Carerpillar. Both are great values. Georgia boot also. You get alot more for your money from China
Ariat boots are expensive and made in China just like most of everything else in the USA. The reason I bought a pair of sureway boots is comfort , price and quality. I bought a pair of thorogoods off a boot truck and paid a ridiculous price for them and they had made in the USA on the box and in the tongue said made in china. Two hours into my shift the soles started separating on the thorogoods and all deals are final and no refunds or exchanges . My point is I might as well buy a price point boot instead of a over priced boot that still comes from China.
These are what you can expect today if you want decent $75 level boots. I would go with Wolverine on sale boots on Amazon. Best bang for the buck.
