Some people stay up in the east coast to watch it.
So instead of going to sleep at 3:40 they do at 4:30
for me they usually upload around 11:30 to 1:30
Also the bigger YT channels can schedule videos to go live at a certain time. They could have uploaded it days ago and have it show up at a certain time today. So yeah, they really can have videos post at the same exact time every day, if they so choose.

To be more specific it's a 1986 toyota Corolla. Chassis code ae86. With a levin front end conversion on it. (No true Levins were sent to usa, you would have to import one)
