Yes there are plenty of western tourists in central Dahab, and many tours and activities catering to them. The town is pretty big but there are no proper supermarkets or big stores like that, only small ones.
US Dept of State: Sinai Peninsula - Level 4: Do Not Travel The Sinai Peninsula remains a particularly dangerous area, with frequent attacks on security forces and civilians. The U.S. government has limited ability to provide emergency services to U.S. citizens anywhere in the Sinai Peninsula as U.S. government employees are not authorized to travel to these areas (with the exception of the beach resort of Sharm El-Sheikh; travel to Sharm El-Sheikh is only permitted by air).

You went on this trip alone ?!
Yessir usually travelling alone. I loved this part of my trip. Have you been?
No, I have not been there. This place is very far from where I live . But I get to see it thru your lens , which I’m very grateful.

Yes it’s certainly a beautiful, appealing place
And who said Egypt is willing to give up their land so easily for israeli comfort? yeah, I don't think so.
