Note about the "get-a-grip" at 11:50: I am a nurse, and have too many (unused) medical supplies in my closet from sales reps, stockpiles, agencies switching suppliers, etc. So I had about 5 or 6 of the "get-a-grips", and do you know what bored children will try to use them for? They will put them up the wall inside the shower, in such a way that they could (dangerously) be used as a ladder. Until mom finds out what they're doing! 😂

I think the “comfort wipe” could be for people with disabilities causing mobility issues, but that infomercial is so old they didn’t bother to actually include someone with a legit disability to present it 💀💀
Yeah. But also the way that only woman spoke about basically not having dignity or it’s embarrassing to have someone wipe their ass it’s pretty much belittling people that have disabilities and need an assistant😐
Yeah, "little people" (is that still the politically correct term?) Have to use devices like this because their arms are often too short.
Lots of infomercials that have products that are "innovative" and stuff have products for disabled people, but to broaden out the demographic as well as to not be like "Hey disabled person remember that you're disabled and need help?" They present it as something that anyone can use type deal. Like how the snuggie was made for people who need wheelchairs because it can be difficult to take a jacket on and off.
