I have fair network connection and the pings east/west are the same as yours the problem rises when i enter the mid game then the ping in every single game goes up and disconnects me i lost alot of my rank due to bad coordinator connection i reinstalled Dota but the problem is there again!Trying this steps you mentioned but not working still!I also tried to reduce the video quality but still not going better overall my pc is new and in good shape at the current moment i dont think the problem is in the pc or the internet i think its just DoTa itself! You never lag in LoL better go and play lol maybe!
