Hey bro! Its really good strategy which you mentioned. I would like to add some more points from my experience as i got 4 job offers and during my interviews i also faced this question. I think before applying for jobs, applicants should check their license status, because many time students waste their time by applying to those companies which do not have license. Secondly whenever they ask this question, just say i have right to work and let them know its validity. So, generally if they have license and they found you a suitable candidate, then companies are most likely to sponsar you at the end of your graduate visa. I hope it will help our student community.
Hey brother, i want to know , i applied for CAS 3 days ago , and my Cas status showing 5 all ticks in my application portal, what does that mean plz explain
Helpful info. It would be great if you cover the scenario where students are unable to clear the exam. What are the possible outcomes and impact on visa. Its a real world and these things do happen. It would be great if you make a video on this to help students on handling of such situations.
Hey, I have a question. I have submitted my dissertation and have offered a full time position in an engineering firm. I would like to know can I work for full time once I have submitted my dissertation. As I have a 3 month of probation period and will be eligible for sponsorship visa.
Hi, Such a informative video. I am also at my dissertation and submission is on 5 October 2023. I am currently applying for Jobs in my previous experience as a quality engineer in manufacturing industry. But I am not getting any positive response. What will be tricks to get interviews calls
While you're applying through LinkedIn you just have one option to pick "Yes" or "No" for the same question. In that scenario what should a candidate do ?
@@Dream_UK and @prasadparadkar8750, I believe, this response would stand valid for someone who is studying in the UK or got Graduate VISA themselves, and not for someone who is already an experienced professional like me, working in India and trying to find a valid Sponsored Work@UK. Correct? What would be an appropriate reply for someone like me then?
I believe people who are confident about their skills should not do negotiations in the beginning stage, asking a sponsorship to a sponsored company is not wrong.
Yes definitely I agree with you. If the company has the sponsorship license and you have got the right skill set then I won’t also recommend negotiating with the employer at an early stage. However, at 4:12 I am talking about a scenario where the company either does not have a license to sponsor or has the license but won’t sponsor you for the role you have applied for (this happens a lot of times), so when there is no chance of getting sponsorship, that’s when you negotiate with the company like the way I talked about. Maybe this point was not as clear as it should have been. Hope this clears out what I mean.

Really sorry to hear this buddy. I have made some videos on my channel about visa refusal. There is one about my refusal and another one about my administrative review appeal that got successful. Watch those videos till the end. You will get many useful tips. I had uploaded those videos in 2021. So just scroll down my channel videos to find them.
Hey bud, curious to hear did I lie in any of my points? That’s what I did when I was looking for jobs 1 year back while doing masters. This answer worked out well for me. Many times companies that do not have sponsorship license are not aware about the working rights of people on graduate visa and that is why they can be very skeptical about hiring recent graduates. In that scenario, it’s important that applicants tell them the real situation and get hired without requiring sponsorship.
Agree. It's simple bro.. unless one is super intelligent why would company offers the job when they already know that in first year they gonna invest on u teach of lot of things by second year candidate would be able to perform n at the end of second Year.. company needs to offer sponsorship, lot of formalities. No company is interested in providing sponsorship specially for Asian who just come with a dream of settling here. There are only few numbers a company can sponsor. Why would they use that for freshers..no.. . No in 95 percent cases. Care home is different story. There is no use of paraphrasing to justify that u can work fo two years. Every company knows it.
This was helpful!! Thanks. 😊
hands down ! Sincere support.!

same here 😔
Say 'No' you don't need a sponsorship. As you can work without it on your graduate visa
