Hi Darshana, Thank you for the helpful video. I have but one question. I want to know that do you mean for us to apply for jobs even while doing the masters?
So basically rather than looking for a part time job while studying, I could and I should just straightaway start applying for a proper job?
So then what will happen to my studies? I'm not trying to puzzle you, I am just puzzled myself and want to know the right pathway.
I start studying this September 2023 in Birmingham at Aston University.. Any form of guidance is extremely appreciated.
Thank you for your time and patience to read this long comment!
Hey! So what I mean here is- the long term goal is full time job, you won't be doing part time job for your entire life. So find a part time of course because you have to manage your expenses and it will also give you an exposure and make yourself familiar with UK market. But once you get it do it only for 20 hours a week (which is the legal permit on student visa) and use rest of the time to apply for full time jobs which you wanna do after your studies. The application will ask you for start date just mention the date/month after you graduate. The hiring process for entry level roles starts a year ahead here so for a job starting in Sep'24 the application will start from Oct'23.
Additionally about studies, the university pattern here is very different to what we had in India. The timings are less and so you will be able to manage. Ofc its not gonna be easy and will require time management but you can do it. Like my friends use to do part time (20 hours a week) in the start of the term - save up money - and leave it during submissions.
Loved it Darshana! Thanks for the help :)
great information provided Darshana.
This was such a helpful video, please keep making such videos more. As I am coming to London, hopefully by September. And your videos are must watch for me. :)
Hey Darshana was searching for this kind of video for a very long time and yeah finally got it.... everybody on youtube just post and tell about the part time job. Well Thank you so much !!!

For a part time job, get in support worker sector. It’s in demand and easy to get in, the care home will give you exclusive training’s and discounts as well. If you are in London, try Centre 404 in Camden.
#Darshna Your Content was Just Awesome 👌👏🙌. Do show your University Campus. 🇬🇧🇮🇳
Good Information dear
Hey, loved your video.
I wanted to ask one thing that I'm planning to do MSc Management from UK. So does this course has value? how tough is it and what practical exposure we get while studying?

Thank you mam for your valuable content 😻🙌🏼
Hey Thank you for your kind words 💫
Hi darshana... please make a video explaining interview process of software engineer graduate roles
Thank you so much for being so precise and accurate. Really it is helpful. Can you please make a video about the education pattern in UK and exam structure? And did the University help you to make your resume up to date or career service offers good help or you did everything yourself ?
Hey Thanks :) yes I will make a video about that soon.
Hi Darshna, I recently arrived in Leeds, UK from Mumbai and have been applying on job apps left right and centre but can't find any success..I had 8 years of experience in the media industry but here I just want to get any admin/desk jobs but dont know how to crack in..dont know if its my resume that lacks substance or my capabilities. I'm feeling horribly discouraged now but your videos are quite a moral boosters..will check out all your videos to find that much needed boost!!!
Heyy! Thank you 🙂 Are you talking about part time roles?
Salute to your positive attitude 💗. I heard from many people that freshers can't get job in uk. But u boosted our confidence 😁
Thank you for your kind words 😀

*'love your videos*
Hi Darshana, very impressive content! Your confidence is infectious. Just want to know from you, doesn’t your studies get affected if you, say secure a full time job while at the university? Also do universities actually allow it?
Thank you for your kind words 😊 You can not work until you complete your education so even if you secure a job your start date will be after completion of your course.
What a Postive attitude ... Wow
Ma'am, please make a video for public health jobs for international students
Hi darshna, I have seen your growth because I subscribed u r channel from 2nd video of urs, and I m coming this September for my masters, u r doing great job by giving such a informations which is difficult in Internet , and I have 1 question in which company u got job ? I hope u answer for dis

Hii Darshana,
I am from India working in finance for 2 years at Jones lang lasalle and now I wanted to move to UK, I only have passport and I am searching for visa sponsorship companies in finance background do you think is this a right way to get a job, like searching for visa sponsorship will alow me to work there? My concept is not at all clear about how to settle there
Halo miss ah if I will get bachelor's study then it will be easy to meet the expenses and pay my remaining fee by myself working only 20 hours please explain
Hello Darshana,
Thank you for sharing your experience,
I am doing my master here in London United Kingdom, recently i got one interview call from one of the leading uk industry,
I just want to ask you one thing that if they ask me to join then what should I have to do ? I am allowed to work 20 hours in week only and i told them but they don't have issue with that they clear this thing as well..
I have 5 year same field experience in India as well on that basis they call me for interview.
Heyy!! So there are 2 options - a. They will give you a start date after your course duration is over. Or start part time (20 hours) for your term time.
b. They will ask you to leave your studies and join the company.
I believe mostly it will be the first option but don't panic too much about it. Just clear all the rounds and these things can be worked upon later. No company wants you to break the rule and start working full time. They know the drill, so just take one day at a time and don't think too much about what will happen when!
Wishing you all the best! Shine on 💫
As i m applying for MBA in sept 2024 intake with 10 years of experience is it the right time to come as the job market situation is not good in UK ?
Hi Darshna, I have one year of work experience and will be pursuing my postgraduate studies at Ulster University London. I am curious if it's possible to secure work sponsorship from a UK-based company after my studies could you please help me with that?
Thank you so much Darshan for the positive vibes. Just want to know in which field you got the Tier 2 job??
Heyy Thank you for your kind words! I am working as a technology consultant
Video starts at 02:12
Why did you choose to do ms management after Computer science degree ?
Is there any chance of getting sponser job while we studying and is it okay to leave masters and join a job if we get Tier 2
As a fresher can I get job in supply chain if I develop the skills required? And also does Birmingham has job opportunities?
Hello! I am a fresher looking forward to apply for jobs in the UK and I am completing my Undergrad from India and I want to work in the UK.
So how would it work for me applying in the UK companies. Is it like allowed or what to apply in the UK for jobs after completing undergrad in India with only experience of internships and a bunch of good projects??
🙏 Thanks
Hi !! Thanks for this video !!
Actually I’m planning for Msc in Digital Marketing & it’s a 1 year program starting in september so once I land in UK post that should I start looking out for tier 2 jobs ? Also for Masters what sort of jobs would be available like for freshers ? the post graduate or graduate jobs ?
Hii! Yes you should start looking for full time jobs not specifically tier 2 because if you get one it's the best thing but if not you should first secure a job, no matter on which visa status it is.
Hii dimple have you completed your degree in digital marketing
Now i am pursuing same
very informative video, may i know in which are pursuing master?
Hi! Really great work with the informative videos ❤️ please make a video about courses that have a good scope for employability? Also please include Public/Global health🤞🏻
Hey! Will definitely make it soon.
Congratulations!!...
You did hard work and you are rewarded with a sponsored job.

Like how to write desertations and how to do the assignments, the process?
Heyy thank you so much 😀 yes I will definitely make one
Msc advanced Engineering Management ... University of Birmingham is it worth ?
I really need help, can you please tell me what is your opinion about job market in 2024.
So I wanna ask if one's employer terminates them does their tier 2 expires? And also should one apply for psw or look for tier 2 jobs for 1-2 months after graduation
You should start looking for jobs as early as possible, no matter if it's tier 2 Sponsored or not.
Hi Darshna! Thanks for such great information. There are lots of people who demotivate you before landing in UK but your video gave me hopes! I wanted to ask you, I am currently working at a Big 4 firm as a fresher and I’m planning to come to UK for masters in sept 23 intake and i’ll have 1 year of experience here in India. So as you suggested I can start applying for jobs as soon as I come to UK but I have to apply again as a fresher or will me 1 year job experience matter there?
So it really depends because some companies consider 3 years of experience. So even if you apply for a fresher role your experience will be counted and will give you a benefit.
Hy so you were thinking to take placement year .? If you didnt get the job in between your course completion . .? So we should do the same .? Like before completing our course if we get job than its ok but if not that apply for placement year .? Right .? Whats your take on all this.?reply please
Yes that's the right thing.

Hi sis can you plss come with this topic that should girls come single or after doing marriage what you think about it and offcourse how difficult it will for unmarried girls .
And offcourse can we study masters well if we have zero previous knowledge .
Heyy! It totally depends on your life choices. The most I can say is, there's no harm in coming alone. It's a safe place and the experience and exposure you get alone here can never be gained anywhere in life.
Is there any rule ....
