I work for UPS as a delivery driver and I wanted to try these boots out I would have to say it was the best thing I could have bought for my everyday work boot really comfortable boot since I walk 24/7 delivering packages.
I bought a pair of these boots in December of 2016. I had looked at them the season before and they sported an ACG tag. I wore them for a couple months on and off for casual use. I started using them in an automotive shop setting and was very surprised how durable they were. They received scrapes and dings, but never tore through. I switched industries to landscaping/mowing, hardscapes and continue to wear this pair of boots. They have good traction, but are likely to slip on ice or oils. They are not insulated, but keep you cool and dry with a medium weight sock. By far the most comfortable boot I've owned. Nearly two full years after getting a pair, they are still very waterproof and haven't torn. The leather is checked and cracked. The soles have creases, but the bumps stiching, and uppers are still holding up storng. The soles are firmly bonded and I'm sporting the original laces. I've worn these boots for work, hiking, walking the dog, fishing, riding, yardwork, etc. They porovided good support for my feet and ankles, lacing snug. Through all weather and conditions these really proved their ruggedness and quality. They are stylish, and hard-working. These are a great bargain for a very well built, balanced boot for many disciplines. If you put miles or stand on your feet for work I'd recommend them. My only cons about the Boots: The pull tab on the heel/ankle portion could be a little larger loop. I wear an 11.5 but the loop only fits the very tip of my index finger. If you don't practically unlace the top half of the boot it can be difficult to slip your heel into the seated position; especially with heavier socks. Once inside they really fit like a glove. They give a very secure, connected feel.
Bought these in early 2016 when I started working Corrections at my local PD. They were uncomfortable as hell to break in but once they broke they were comfortable. As of September 2018 these bad boys are still holding up despite one year of 12+hour shifts and 2.5 years total of taking these hiking in the mountains of Montana, the harsh snowy winters of said state and everything else in between. Stitching is still holding up, no rips or tears. Definitely worth the price and well built.
John Wells similar story with my pair. very pleased with how they have held up over 2 years. I'm starting to wear my soles out, but they were great boots. still no rips or tears, glue stayed strong.
@@tenmanlover mine are 2 years old now, the sole has started to let loose, i have a big flat spot on the front and the outside heel, also the leather has started cracking. Sadly its getting uncomfortable
I’m a full time landscaper and these are the best boots I’ve ever owned for the job. Very light weight, durable and comfortable. I didn’t go half a size down. I bought the same size boot just like my Nike running shoes and for under $100 you can’t go wrong.
I'm a maintenance worker for Walmart. I bought these boots two weeks ago. I wanted something that was water resistant and that could be easily wiped off do to my moping duties. I also wanted a boot that was light weight because I literally walk 7 to 10 miles a day between time spent in store and out in the massive parking lot. After two weeks, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I think the reviewer hit the nail on the head when he said it was a good boot for people in the service industry. It's functional yet stylish. I recommend for any one who doesn't have a need for a steel toe.
Wow seeing your comment kinda sold me on the boots i also do customer service where i work and i need to maintain the store my old boots are already to worn out and after seeing the review and your comment i wouldn't be happier to have a pair for myself
Came to these comments AFTER ordering and feeling so good about my order 🖤 Can't wait til they show up next week! 5 day free shipping and all under a hundred bucks!
Hey I'm up here in Toronto Canada 🇨🇦 and just received my pair for about $115 CAD. I haven't worn em yet but I am so excited and can't wait to give them a try once the first snowfall hits. I hope you enjoy your pair!
I have had a pair of Manoas in grey and I find the fit to be true to size, lightweight and very comfortable. Waterproof so far but they are pretty new.
I've got a pair of these in chocolate brown. The waterproof leather starts to crease, crack and peel badly after a while, also the sole gets very soft and starts to look squashed. Overall I'm happy with mine though, just think the leather could be a lot better quality
These are dope!! Crazy comfortable...you can run, walk, they are worth every cent. I have worn them for two years straight a lot of km forsure. When I first got them haystack ones, they were tight to get on, I rarely tied them up...but 13 is my size found they fit a little smaller, but like one of the dudes on here said broken it, these are the most comfortable footwear I have worn. I even took them to the gym, light waterproof. When u get them wet they look like crap lol, but they dry fast, and you can't even tell they were wet pretty cool. I paid 120$ Canadian and I would not hesitate by another pair tomorrow...hope that helps. They can be formal depending on the color you get, but casual too, very versatile and plain awesome. Ps I am a pick person when it comes to shoes and you are as well, don't even fret, you will love these, very light boot, lighter than shoes I own. Happy shopping cheers.
Just bought these boots yesterday. Walked around the house in them for a little while. Very comfortable and light weight. The sole has a nice bounce to it for walking long distances. Runs true to size.
Just copped a pair for 40 bucks at snipes. Used to own them a while ago but need a new pair for work I don’t remember how they feel but they were never uncomfortable. Excited for work tomorrow
Got mine in the sandy color and god damn these boots are stylish and rugged. Probably some of the nicest shoes I've owned in a while. Highly recommended!
Excellent review bro! These are the only boots I wear to work. Very durable, easily to clean, and last a long time. Also, depending on where you shop, the price tends to be very reasonable.
I been with this in the mountains, someone with the exact same model mistook mine for their pair, and I ended up with a much smaller size, gave them to my mother she has 2 pairs of these, wanted to see how the black ones look before I buy another pair, I think I'll stick with the other color. Very high quality boots tho, the leather is sanded a bit to give it the matte smooth texture, but it's not sanded too much to the point of loosing strength and impermeability, design is awesome too and feel stable even on mountains, ice, snow. The only cons I'd give these is that it's hard to get your foot in them, but the fit is comfy once you do.
I’ve had two pairs of these.. the first was the full leather model that was awesome and lasted me a year as a patrol cop in the southeast.. the second was the half leather/half fabric model and they were not as good.. the were not as comfortable and the cushioning wore out in 6 months.. I’m going back to a new pair of the first ones I had.. maybe the second pair was a fluke but I knew they weren’t built the same the second I put them on.. Hope this helps someone
Ordered myself a pair as were on sale, I work as a truck driver and most sites prefer boots to be worn albeit steel toe but I hate the feel and weight of steel toe so hopefully these will pass as ideal, they wont spot the difference.

How do I clean em?
I just brought my first pair of manoa I usually wear a 9 n the pair I have issa 8.5 I most def recommend to change the inside sole as it doesn’t rlly feet nice on the ball of the foot n heel
So, for those of you who have these boots, do these run big or small? Did you size up or down? I just bought some, but the guy didn’t really seem like he knew what he was talking about with the sizing.
I got my tru size 11 you gotta tight at first but you gotta break them in they will fit good after that you'll be good
I’m a 10.5 most my Jordan’s I get a 10 depending on the shoe. my Nikes I get a 10.5. I have a pair of goadome boots (10.5) and they felt big after I broke em in it bothers my right ankle a bit like the boot is too loose so I went with a 10 in these
I just got them a couple days ago to I’m wearing them the first time (10/4/23) for work to see but the right foot seems tighter than the left at the moment
Are they nonslip?
Are they true to size? I'm an 8 1/2
Yeah
Is it slip resistant?
Can i use for snow winter season?
THAT'S WHAT I WANNA KNOW. DO THEY KEEP MY FEET WARM 🤔
That’s what i want to know too before i buy
