Yeah, for sure. The only issue is that both players need crushing difficulty unlocked in order to get in, so finding someone who meets that criteria could be hard.

I was able to unlock Crushing with 90/100 done on both easy and Experienced. I just kept doing the daily rewards and it slowly over time got me to Gem level 4. (I don't have friends that play so I cannot get 100/100.) Now I'm stuck on Crushing getting my ass kicked by Superman and Wonder Woman. I do a full combo. Does 8 damage. Superman hits me with 2 neutral attacks. I'm at 100 and flying off the screen. I'm not excited to see what the other 2 difficulties have in store. XD.

Rifts can be easily done at your own pace, and with a friend, it makes things far more efficient. Even though I have, I don't condone grinding this stuff out in its current state.

I was assuming that you only need to level the gems to unlock more modes, so we should be able to level them up just with the daily rewards. That is the point of them existing, no? I don't think they designed this mode in a way you are forced to buy those characters to clear. That seems weird. By the way, I think we get Graphic T Wonder Woman on the Joker event.
Daily rewards give abysmall gains, and without them telling you how much XP you truly earned, I would not rely on them. As far as the characters go, those are only the 4 types of characters needed to get said stars. Maybe your total at the end might not need them, but they're there nonetheless
@@In3dRes Yeah, I mean it seems it is just Joker really, the others we have or will have for free or they are on the current rotation. It is also possible Joker and others will be available on future trial rotations, we still have a full month of them. I will wait for July and if by then I feel like I just need a bit more to level the gems I will get Joker. I'd just rather buy 2 other characters for 3k instead of spending 6k on Joker. It is not worth the gamble for me right now without even knowing if I will be able to fully clear the other difficulties.
@HBonk no character in this game will ever truly be worth 6k. Unless they have something truly special about them, brand new game mechanic that only they possess, or if it's a collab character, I don't justify the 6k asking price. They should notch it down to 5k. It is always better to buy 3 characters than having to settle for one character, which you may end up not liking or simply get bored of.

Not everyone had the chance to try the game out in beta, as after beta they made it grindy for no reason. some fights are pay to progress specially graphic ones as you mentioned .
@In3dRes yes that's true, but most will get those characters that they want to play with, they won't go through all that grind to get ones needed for the rift.

I also have a question, did you play in the beta, because I didn’t get the chance to and it’s taking forever to get characters, I only just unlocked Joker yesterday, and I still need many others permanently whether it be because I need them for the rift, or because I’m the most good with them but they’re loaned, or because I’m just interested in getting them and trying to find fighter currency has been a pain.

Unless you desperately want the newest characters, but don't mind waiting, they will drop down to 3000 instead of 6000. 6000 is very much a trap to get new players spending all of their tokens in one go, when you could have very well gotten 3 other characters.
It's a shame that I'm like the only person in my multiversus friend group that is trying to unlock Agent Smith. I unlock crushing difficulty and I can't do it with anyone.

People initially thought that it was because of the rift shop, but then they soon realised that progression is organic and staggered throughout the weeks.
What about that last difficulty loony, that needs you to have lives and it is the most difficult and they literally put in the description that you can pay for lives.

I claimed the joker badge from that rifts rewards track after defeating my first boss but I still don’t actually have the badge 2 days later and in the pass it shows up as claimed. What do I do to unlock it really??
That is strange. If you don't see it under account cosmetics ---> badges then perhaps it's a bug. Either beat more bosses to see if it appears that way, or consider emailing Warner Brothers MultiVersus support. They respond pretty quickly.

You don't. I only did because I like 100%ing modes such as these in case a mystery reward may pop up and they're some of my favourite modes to do in games (maxing out challenges)
On the Velma rift, there's a lower section that requires chaos gems. Mine are under level compared to the others. How can i level up the chaos gems? Theres no way to beat the chaos section otherwise
You have to wait until Monday when the Jason Horror rift becomes available. As of right now, we only have access to one horror gem. Both easy and experienced difficulties are doable, but crushing difficulty is impossible right now
since they alternate hero's you don't have to max anything or buy anything. just do those rifts when the hero is on timer. and buy what u want to play not what's needed in rift.
@@In3dRes If you read the description for the looney difficulty It goes by mobile game rules like candy crush. Haveing only a couple lives then you gotta buy more. And with the slog that crushing is I'm sure it's gonna be so much worse unless you can do some cheese. I really hope there will be enough rifts/rift bosses to get all the matrix skins without doing looney difficulty for all these rifts

I could never no life this game because there's simply no worthwhile content 😂 I was very fortunate to get two days off of work (Wednesday and Thursday) and played rifts for 8 hours on both days. I love modes that require you to do stuff like this, and I haven't even played a single 1v1/2v2 match yet!

You do actually get the Joker T-Shirt skin for Wonder Woman in the events tab so you don't have to spend gleamium at all

Press triangle to change your gems then where u read what they can do it tells. The xp u have, also the difficulty u do ur daily on gives u more xp

Unfortunately, yes. Gladly, those top 3 don't need doing for the 80/80, but at least you can get the stars I have with Velma alone.

I'm not sure how to complete the challenge to do 7 special neutrals.
Just press your special button while not moving. I recommend a character who attacks with it like Wonder Woman lasso of harley bomb

Wonder women T is free in the joker event for challenges, all you need is wonder women and Velma to do those rifts.

I play this game with my girlfriend and every time we do a chaos mission it always disconnects us. But it works fine when we do a regular rift.

Question in the 2nd campaign were there’s 2 bosses Batman and stripe does the Batman boss fight count as a boss for the agent smith event
They do not. The boss that starts the rift is the only one that gives a point towards Agent Smith
Fun fact, you can't max out unless you have another person to play with.
