JBG Smith's Ballpark Properties in Navy Yard in Washington, DC Property Showcase Video

Over the summer of ‘22 JBG Smith hired us to create 7 different videos for three different properties in Navy Yard in Washington, DC. Four property showcase videos to be used for marketing and three informational videos to be used for onboarding when a new resident moves in. This was an exciting job with a lot of moving parts.
This particular video is all three properties wrapped up in one 3-minute package. We used bits and pieces of all video footage taken over the weeks of filming. Our team captured as much footage as we possibly could of the properties themselves, and then we were able to create more of a story with the models JBG Smith provided.
