    The employee start to work the employee suffer an accident and the employee broke part of his or her body in that accident and then the insurance pay to the employee for the recovery and the MMI and after the accident the result is permanent restrictions and the employer do no take them with permanent restrictions and do not accommodate the employee and fire him or her , do they have to pay the 100% of that permanent restriction if they do no receive the employee back under the salary base in the time of the accident or the minimum wage base on the state or city in that moment ? ? ?👀

    South African retail supermarket companies... don't have severance pays for employees besides...uif...

    I got lung disease with covid. Now my dr says I have to work from home because I am at risk for infections. That put my life in danger. What are my rights. I been at my company for 20 years 6 months. I’m 50 years old. I work in the office and And make under30.000 please help.

    I was involuntary termination I was the first one hired as a supervisor they wanted me to help start the new plant up I boss was th e vice president they hired a new plant manager I worked with him for about a year which we got along great he went back to his old job got a new plant manger where he started bringing all his friends and paying them 200 dollars more on the hour I went to him and told him please respect the employees that are already here out of his friends he had 1 to get a sexual hassment charge another girl filed hassment charge both girls filed eeoc they laid both girls off after I reported it plant manger and hr they laid them off with pay brought them back the last of December 2019i talked to the vice president told I thank him for doin that I told him that I did not want to go to court but 0n Jan 31 I was involuntary termination with nothing medical and everything cancelled the same day every time I done went through the vice president I had perfect work performance and attendance the plant manager him self got the hassment charge it was just 4 weeks so I think it was retaliation
