Thank you so much for your videos. I made sure I point out all the adverse action out in my complaints. But i made sure I emailed my complaints, for documentation. Its hard to prove oral complaints. I have over 33 documents supporting my discrimination and retaliation

I complained about a supervisor cussing at me to HR in email (I saved them all) Then two weeks later I was bombarded with emails before I was let go. The last day I worked. They wanted a paper trail. After almost 3 years

I like to also use read/delivery receipts and save those too.
I also try to keep the matter at hand on the same email thread too. Keeps it neat and it’s easier to show a timeline

What about if it was your “friend” that went to HR as retaliation and YOU ended up getting fired for something you didn’t do?

Thank you Jonathan! It would be great to hear your perspective from the HR side as well on how to avoid liability but more so what to avoid doing that may be illegal.

    Can you please help me.
I made a complaint about sexual harassment, bullying, and discrimination for using my loa and spreading my disabilities to everyone, and hostile and unsafe work conditions due to drug and selling on campus. The HR lady told everyone, made me come on for a fake meeting just to have everyone bully me and retaliate against me. She then cancels the appointment and says she can’t talk to me about an investigation when I gave her no names, times, or anything.
They followed me, played loud music, talked about me, told gnomes my request for help, marked my name off the team list, no one would talk to me, they deleted all my chats I had saved as proof with other reps, coaches, and even directly with hr , all my emails also for a 4 year span, and blocked me from accessing my emails from my phone, and someone even followed me home.
I don’t know what to do and I’m terrified.
    Please help me
I have to go back tomorrow and it’s 2:40 am and I can’t sleep, I’ve been throwing up, crying.
    I’m terrified.
If something happens to me like I get hurt, arrested, fired, beat up anything please know they did it and save this post.
Even though I’m going to delete it because I’m scared to leave it up.

We litigate cases in NJ. We accept cases nationwide provided they're strong enough.

@@jep23452 that’s awesome ! I definitely will give you guys a call soon. I believe in what you’re doing and saying and over stand completely. I’m a firm believer in taking it to the max especially when it’s against someone rights. Long story short, I spoke with a manager about taking an FMLA leave here in Nj after my son was born and after my year of employment was up and we had a good relationship prior to that information. Two day later I was transferred to the same position 70 miles away and demoted 10k and told its a great retirement plan for me. You can’t make this up, I was shocked and humiliated at the same time.

What can I do if the manager raises issues regarding my work performance and personal hygiene in the workplace? In the meeting with the manager, HR & union rep, she couldn't provide evidence (because "confidential") such as date, time, what action I was taking, even a minor mistake whatever one time or repeat, I feel she definitely me a guilty, she is orally to express the issues, I denied all at 1st meeting, but later on, she still finds or create an issue to held a 2nd meeting before the conclusion meeting. I feel so tired of the game she raises, I want to ask if no evidence can it constitute a complaint, it is harassment, discrimination, or race?

With all of this dirty laundry in the employment sector I feel as if both the union and employers shall not be allowed to fund any political parties and their campaigns. If we have toxic bosses and we have this backup court system then the feds probably should get special counsel to here all of these cases funded by the bosses social security and their retirement plans, that way they can knock this crap off. and the unions fall under the same category. Especially after misappropriate use of their offices! The states governments need to step in as well, there is a risk of filing unemployment claim(s) when this crap happens! Meanwhile they just ait back and do nothing and you want to know why there is a workplace active shooter scenario.
