I have no idea how, but if i did it 2 seconds faster than velo on my 4th try but i did it with the u-turns. Its a lot better and faster

Me i have 1.15.34 on dragon minés with the shortcut.
Deep sea driving is the most difficult one. Took me the most time, but got all of the times done in 3-4h. Most of my earlier times beat Emperor Velo’s times already, so this wasn’t much of a challenge overall. I can’t wait if we get even more of a challenge next month. It’s gonna be a lot of fun.

Velo times aren't as hard as I expected but I can already feel that the Developer time trials are going to be a b*tch to beat. We have to win by milliseconds

I finally did last week never expecting to ever be able to do it. Decided to never even try oxide and then they added velo in and I was like 😫😫😫
With dedication you will do it .
its possible with drift or acceleration engine but after n. tropy its just impossible almost for the other 2 so its not even worth the stress.
FreeAim Dog ive done all tropy and oxide's times with Acceleration and done a few of velo's too
I've already beaten most of his time trials. Some c*ck ups here and there but I've only got 11 more to go. A few of those my old times slower than his but practice makes perfect aye
Same as you but i havent done all Nitro cart tracks and i havent done cortex castle. Thats probably one of the hardest ones. Did you have problem with cortex castle too?

Velo’s time trial in Dragon mines is actually really easy
It actually took me less tries on that one than Oxide's ghost

Just got the game, cant even beat adventure mode, any tips I’ve been playing for 1 day
Learn the basics for now, perfect boosts, start line boosts, and hopping. Perfect boosts are simply boosts that are labeled as 'perfect' on your boost meter. A start line boost is when you get a boost at the start of a race, and you hop by using the bumpers of the controller (the buttons you use to drift). Hopping comes in handy if you're going to fast and about to hit a wall, its a bit hard to explain but try it out you'll see what i mean. Once you get more advanced, start learning u-turning, oh, and choose speed class otherwise your gonna be dominated in online

Sewer speedways shortcut was made easier I swear during like the 3rd GP. I haven't failed it since. Though I'll probably be failing em too the moment I go for these

Good luck. It took me 6h30min to do all of em in one sitting. Out of Time was the second hardest but I spend way over an hour on Deep Sea Driving. Cant wait for your ranking video if you ever do one on Velos Time Trials.

Quada I had no problem with Crash Cove, but I DESPISED Sewer Speedway, because every single time the second barrel would smash me in the third lap. I guess I only won later on because god had mercy with me or something like that xD

Once I got done with the Oxide trials, I was done with time trials
I just recently decided to invest my time into the N.Tropy ghosts, but the Velo ghosts? No way. That's just a whole other level I cannot do.
Hey mate, this is the quietest you appear in your videos while doing these trials haha. Quick question, are you using drift class for these time trials? :)
Hey, I noticed something that I think will GREATLY help you with Velo trials. If you get your boost meter to full as the light turns green by revving ahead of time, you'll get a MUCH larger boost. That's what Velo does based off of how far ahead he gets at the start.

Tip for the shortcut on sewer Speedway drift up the ramp after going out if those tunnels when you get to the blackish line jump and you'll make it

CTR Ghost time trials is like the Relic time trials in terms of difficulty.
N. Tropy - Sapphire (Very Easy)
Nitros Oxide - Gold (Easy-Medium)
Emperor Velo - Platinum (Medium-Hard)
Deveopler Times (Hard-Almost Impossible).
Finally beat Velo on Roo Tubes, however on a previous attempt I got the exact Same time as him but I didn’t get the win, but on one of your other videos one of the developers time trials I see you did the same but got the win, I was so annoyed😂😂 beat the time next attempt though so was all’good!

The danger driverythru one is surprisingly easy when you get what you have to do.

man you dont need to "git gud", just get perfect boosts and youll keep your fire
I feel bad watching people struggle with Sewer Speedway because I got it first try.
okay, the key to beating Velo or anyone in this game is understanding the fire mechanics of this game.
so, first - reserves - you boost - you get reserves - the more reserves you have the longer you'll keep your boost. simple.
Fire levels:
Yellow Fire - you achieve this speed by boosting 3 times in one drift and at least the last one is perfect. The fire from the exhaust will change to a small one with yellowish color. In the speedometer the arrow will be pointing straight up. You also get yellow fire by doing a 99-149 jump. You can also get it by using the Turbo Boost item without 10 wumpas.
Red Fire - slightly faster than yellow fire, you achieve it by doing a 150+ jump boost. The exhaust is a bit bigger fire than yellow fire.
Sacred Fire (SF) - you achieve this speed by going over the boost pads - the fire from the exhaust will be much bigger with yellow color. The arrow in the speedometer will max out. You can also achieve Sacred Fire by using a Turbo Boost item with 10 wumpas.
Blue fire - like sacred fire, but faster and blue color.
You have to keep these fires by always drifting.
Hope this helps you, it'll really help you beat the Velo times if you understand these mechanics. I'm just at the start of the video at the Crash Cove part and I can see that you don't even have Yellow fire, which is necessary to have during the first lap, and during the 2nd and 3rd lap you need to keep Sacred Fire in order to win.
And also, try to hug the corners as close as you can. It'll take a few weeks/month to build up the confidence to not be scared, but it's worth it. Every second counts.

My best time in Crash Cove is 1.23... as with Oxide I am going to tackle the velo times systematically until I can't get any further, and probably lose my mind doing so haha. And then adsing insult to injury, they're going to add the dev times later on.... which will probably unlock "Platinum Geary" is my theory!
The Mystery Caves you can actually do while getting hit by a fire ball in the last round. Happened to me and I still beat velo. :D
Hey Lewis in the next video you should bait us all by putting in a long clip after multiple short fail clips where it shows you trying the timetrial from the start and getting to the third lap and still failing it. I think it would be really funny because when there is a clip where it shows you trying the track from the start we pretty much always know that _this is the run_ .
