If you massage your uterus too strongly and firmly, you could put too much pressure on it and possibly dislocated the uterus from it original location. It's the most worst abdominal pain you will experience. I once dislocated my uterus from bending and lifting a very heavy object. I went for local abdominal massage, and that's when they said I dislocated my uterus.

Aurstin, I no longer have a uterus. I actually only have one ovary. The tubes, right ovary and uterus were all removed. Will this still work to get rid of the cyst on my one ovary or should I just have that removed as well? Thank you so so much🙏🏼

I would honestly recommend DO NOT MASSAGE your abdominal if you had birth surgery (C-section). The scars may heal inward, but the chances you could disrupt the scars tissue inward...

Massaging the uterus too strong and firmly could possibly put pressures on the uterus to dislocated from it location. Its the worst pain ever, if the uterus misplace. So I recommend massaging women abdominal requires gently hand if you do not want to mess up your uterus.

Hun go to your OBGYN talk to him or her & ask about putting what I call windows in your ovaries. I had that done when I was 16. My periods went normal, I lost a ton of weight in no time. Had a ton of energy as well. Doctor wanted to make them permanent but since I was on government insurance they wouldn't pay for it. So because of the government I ended up unable to have a child of my own. This guy does know what he's talking about. Don't take his advice please. Go Talk to a real OBGYN.
