All of the footage used in this video was captured on original hardware. I dot not use any emulation or HDMI upscaling etc to play these games. I think there is something truly nostalgic about playing the games on original consoles, with original controllers on television technology typical of the time. I currently play on a 25” Sony Trinitron that I acquired for a whole £20 from its original owner.
To capture the games I am using an external Elgato Game Capture card and composite cables, as well as a composite splitter on the TV so I do not need the Elgato HDMI output to play along.
If you are interested in my setup and want to know more then let me know in the comments, if I get enough interest I am happy to record a run down of the setup.

I love the omega collection on PS4, on my PS5, wish they would make a new one 👍🏼

Great video as always! If your can stomach it, playing the Wipeout Omega Collection in PSVR is another level of adrenaline fuelled mayhem. Keep up the awesome work!

I’ve only played the PS1 demo back in the day, can’t say I enjoyed it coming off the heels of N64’s amazing racing games like San Francisco Rush 2049 and World Driver Championship. And with Gran Turismo on my mind, I never gave Wipeout a thought. Beetle Adventure racing on the N64 is worth a go, a sleeper for sure.
