It was close but I had Bivol winning by two rounds. I thought Bivol was blocking most of the shots and was landing the cleaner shots.
Beterbiev has bricks for hands, and then his head/chin is a brick too. The optics definitely favored Artur Beterbiev. Props to Bivol for being the 1st and thus far the only non-stoppage loss on Beterbiev’s perfect record. Artur Beterbiev is now at least Top-4 Pound-for-Pound.

Bivol won 6 rounds, he took the lead in the first 3 rounds and Artur won 5 rounds and one round was a draw according to the fight presentation cards on TV and it was correct....the score was Bivol ahead the entire time in Boxing with the rhythm of foot movement in Balboa style...🥊💪

USA today has it for Beterbiev. I saw a poll where most people (out of about 350) scored it live for Beterbiev. It could've gone either way imo, but it's not this obvious Bivol win that people are saying it is.

You might have missed something else that Bivol said earlier. He "didn't see the fight". Many fighters (especially pure boxing types) will say that they don't know if they won the fight because they have not yet SEEN the fight. When a boxer is IN THERE they sometimes state that they cannot properly assess the fight.

The right fighter won. Bivol did just enough to lose. There are 3 minutes in a round and Bivol would fight in spurts. Bieterbiev was the busier fighter and the general tonight. He applied pressure and backed Bivol up most of the fight and was able to be walked down and cut off. It was a great fight but by no means a robbery. Congratulations to both warriors for the fight.
