@NIROSAN19 I'm in america and for big fights I stay off social media and wait until night time. Then I'll go find someone that posted the full fight free of charge. I had to start doing this when the uk started having some of the best fights. Now Saudi Arabia. It's not the same but better than watching in the middle of the day when I have things to do.
you guys are crazy supporting saudi money pumping and ruling combat sports. why exactly? their country has zero good fighters, zero history of having elite fighters, zero history of influence in MMA, kickboxing, boxing, muay thai, jui jutsu, wrestling.
I've notice a trend in MMA where muslim fighters will repeatedly not have fouls called by refs, judges will blatantly give decisions to muslim fighters, corruption ramping up to boxing levels for the MMA events there.
I'm ok with this decision, it was close enough to not call foul play. but saudi arabia in general is NOT a good influence on combat sports.

You can't fix judges scoring tbh, it's so bloody subjective & they score it round by round which always differs from the average fan who makes up there mind at the end of a fight. It will always happen1
How would you change it? If you judge by volume only, no big puncher would ever win on the cards. Beterbiev was behind in like 6 or 7 rounds, but even in some of those rounds you can reasonably argue that he won because he was the one pushing the pace and putting Bivol on ice skates. He was 137 on punches. Bivol 142. The margin was greater in the rounds Bivol already won. Artur's punches count for more because they're way harder.
I gave it four swing rounds and knew it could've gone either way. I'm actually glad to see judges value damage and the attempt to finish a fight all night in their criteria. I'm tired of pitter patters winning on the cards all the time.

Close fight, could have gone either way. The scorecard was wide but that does not detract from the fact it was close. I feel if Artur applied more pressure early on he could have hurt Bivol bad.

It wasn't a robbery at all many of the rounds were close with Bivol looking good at the beginning and Beterebiev turning up in the last 90 seconds. In my opinion it was close and could've been a draw but I thought Bertebiev won 7 rounds.

If your opponent looks like they're trying not to die in there by the end while you're looking like a hunter, that sways the judges a lot. But maybe only people who've competed themselves know that. My coach always told me to go for the kill, especially if he wasn't sure I was ahead. He said it's to eliminate doubt. Cruising doesn't work. If you're putting your opponent on the defence, they're not on the offensive.

Pressure doesn’t win fights, good clean boxing does. Bivol was being slick and outboxing Beterbiev for most of the rounds even going backwards. Also you can’t say damage because neither guy was close to getting hurt or stopped. The marks aren’t what we use to judge fights
