Hi Ann, very true. But then again if you are really a valuable candidate and match the job specification then the employer wouldn't mind supporting you. I wa very lucky to get a job with my first interview in BC on a provisional license for the job l wanted due to the fact that the job matched my current working experience. Thanks for this infor.
