Definitely Dickel and it's legally a bourbon. Think about Tennessee whiskey as bourbon plus. IE a subcategory.

TN Distilling Co has only been around for about 8 years.

Absolutely, I personally see Tennessee as a sub-category of bourbon, but I know others would disagree. Wasn't familiar with TN Distilling before the comment on my other video but sounds like it can't be them. Cheers!
