I think it’s because your not supposed to show the exact amount ur making but idk I’m not a UA-camr. Also, it might just be people who have contracts with UA-cam that can’t show it

I was not expecting the pay out to be this decent! Especially for only releasing one video this past month! I can only imagine how insane the payout must be for those bigger channels that release a video every day! I figured UA-cam must be paying well because there’s countless UA-camrs I’ve watched start in their bedroom and move on to buy their own freaking house! While I continue to waist my life at my 8-5 and overwork for a boss who underpays.

We just started 3 months ago and have less than 400 subscribers and 194 watch hours - so we are clearly not monetized and have a long way to go, but we’re hoping that us being PASSIONATE and ENJOY making our vanlife travel videos will be enough to support us one day. It’s scary taking a risk on yourself but at the end of the day it may be best thing you can ever do for your own happiness and sense of freedom. I think a lot of them have marketing agency stuff like that too . So I’d assume they make a lot a lot more but they pay a percentage cut to the agency that helped promoting them .
