You ever see an old and mean OLD Italian dude smoking cigarettes' and wonder how that guy is still alive, it's the Broccoli Rabe that how it cures everything. You can blanch it in salted water to remove the bitterness.

Blanch them for 5 minutes and drain before you put it in the frying pan
