Despite that I always power through, feel great afterwards, love the result of having strong legs, and reap the benefits. I love that Sydney's channel always programs in a variety of workouts, keeping things fresh and ensuring full body attention. This workout does NOT disappoint. Thanks!

She liked that expression and promised to use it moving forward. Loved the workout, even though I am really shaking right now. I did find the 'Inner Thigh lifts Right, Clam shell right' very challenging, but as Sydney tells us to say, "I am getting better at Inner Thigh lifts Right, Clam shell right!" Have a great "Oh Wow Wednesday" everyone!
So in every leg workout I say that it’s the hardest I have ever done, but Sydney comes next Wednesday to cancel it with a harder one 😅 Today was amazing I really felt connected to every movement Don’t miss it Happy Wednesday everyone 💪🇬🇷🥳

I loved this workout and love how the channel has evolved into 5 days per week with 30-45 minute workouts. I could not keep up when the workouts were an hour or six days a week. Now, I’ve been able to stay consistent and complete all workouts posted for the past 2 months. Just yesterday, someone asked if I still went to the gym and I said I go to my home gym in my living room. Thank you Sydney and Dustin!
Ohhhh I love those stability ball hamstring curls!!! That 45 minutes flew by!!! My knee was feeling a little sketchy but I modified and it feels great!!!!
That deficit reverse lunge set was killer, in the best way! It was just the right amount of challenge that I could fight through it, versus modify the move. 🎉

Ok so im normally not a fan of leg day...but i really enjoyed this one 😊 Would love to see those step ups with kickbacks more often....really challenged my balance 👌 Enjoyed the combination of compound moves with accessory burnout moves 🔥🍑

I was finally able to crush this. 7 weeks post hysterectomy surgery today! This was the last workout that I had to makeup...and I was putting it off for obvious reasons, lol. That was TOUGH!
