    Thanks Sir for explaining so beautifully n clearly…I hv a query…please help………..1) While breathing in ( inhaling) do our chest and abdomen comes out?
    2) N while exhaling through nose, our chest n abdomen comes back to their normal position?

    Guruji, namaste! I bow to your feet for teaching Pranayama STEP BY STEP. Thanks Guruji!. I had Pneumonia since one month back, but still I am not feeling better. Can I do Pranayama & what Pranayama can I do Guruji.
    I have head & face sweating daily even in rainy days in Bangalore, tiredness, sore throat, no taste. I am following your videos daily Guruji, please guide me.

      Based on Scientific Researches. We would like to inform you that Bhramari Pranayama is the best breathing technique that you should focus on the most.
      In addition, Nadi Sodhana Pranayama, and Modified (with less intensity) Kapala Bhati Pranayama can be practiced.

    Dear guruji, im practising chandra abhyasa,chandra bedhana,sheethali and sheethakari in the morning before breakfast. can i repeat the same in the evening or someother time of the day? im very much benifited with these cooling pranayamas.before going to bed im practising left nostril breathing(chandra abhyaasa). i want to repeat in a prescribed way when im in stress,kindly mention before food or after food. please guide

      You should skip this . Instead of it practice nadi shodhan pranayama first.

      Namaste Neeta Ganatra ji.
      While doing the practice, What is important is that your Inhalation is long so that the Cooling effect increases and the Exhalation is slow and complete. Incase if you still want to maintain the ratio, then let the Inhalation and Exhalation be equal, or Exhalation little longer than Inhalation.

      Morning and evening time is better for practice.yes, every yoga practice should be perform with empty stomach. You can practice it 3 to 4 round for 10-10 counts.
