Hi, my husband applied for L1 visa and we got L1/L2 visa rejected in March 2022. I applied in December 2021 for MS and I got admitted for fall 2022 now. Does previous rejection of L2 affect my F1 application?

What if I write in ds 160 form the point of contact information in the USA different from the address to stay in the USA?

I was denied B1/B2 twice, and I was denied C1/D this month. However, I have given admitted to the US, should I still try F1 visa when the previous ones was denied based on 214b(lack of ties). Meanwhile, I have a registered business in Nigeria,a house,3 year old son,I am widowed but my mum is helping me to take care of my son and car.

Hi, Rob recently my F1 visa got rejected from the Nepal embassy only asked by 2 questions why Central Michigan University, and what is your name I was confused that what is the main reason, and I thought because of not getting a scholarship. Is not getting scholarships is the biggest reason for the visa denied?

1) Why are you going to the United States?
2) How are you going to pay for your studies?
3) Do you have any relatives in the US?
I gave extensive answers to the first two questions (3-4 sentences each) - info about my program, my school, why I'm pursuing graduate studies, the scholarships I received, my sponsor (mom)'s occupation, company, and income.
Thanks. My US visa has been refused three times from London. Now I became British citizen and my ESTA has been denied and I am applying fourth time visa in July. I have visited Canada twice and my eTA Canada has been approved. Do I still need ESTA if crossing border by car on British passport. Please advise. Thanks from United Kingdom

When it asks you on your DS-160 if you have relatives in the US even though they have nothing to do with your studies however you were rejected for the tourist Visa using their information does that matter?

I had a C1D visa interview on 25th of August,2022. My visa got refused under section 214(b). The interviewer didn't even look at my documents properly and I still got refusal. What do I do now?

See this is what I mentioned last time no reason why , no reason, honesty doesn’t help.

@@chaiandcoaching there is no rhyme or reason why visas get rejected, there is no logical explanation I had seen perfect students with perfect financials get rejected, even people with legitimate factories.
