Unfortunately there is a chinese VO who rejects many indian students....in fact he has highest refusal rate...eg. he approves around 2-3 students from 20 that may appear for the interview. He even rejects tourist visas. I guess its more to do about india's relation with china as american VOs usually grant visa if everythnig is ok. But he dosent...
