I'll ask question sana sir, medyo confused lang if tama po ba na yung interest rate used is 6.735% and according to pag ibig site, it is only for 3yr fixing rate so succeeding years, interest rate is subject for repricing so I assume na pwedeng magbago yung interest rate at hindi siya static na 6.735%?
