I truly hope the people who have already convicted BK in their minds never find themselves or loved ones in his position. Cases like this are happening more and more all over US. In pretty sure they'd be screaming from the rooftops of the injustice of guilty in public opinion before trial.

My prayers are for God to open minds and let true Justice be found. I believe Brian is innocent. Because I believe it had to be more than 1 person, and I just don't believe the surviving roommates' stories. But if evidence is presented that truly points to his guilt, I will be open to it. True Justice for Xana, Ethan,Maddie, and Kaley is the main point! The true killer or killers brought to justice,period.

Being more than 1 person doesn't automatically mean that BK is innocent. He could still be a killer or be involved somehow. But I don't think they have any evidence to say that he was., at least nothing public.

AT in one of her document drops stated that Bryan stood silent at his arraignment (refused to enter a plea of guilty or not guilty) in order to preserve his right to challenge the Indictment. Had he entered a plea he would have forfeited his right to challenge the indictment.
As to why he waived his right to a speedy trial.... AT stated in open court hearing that she still had not gotten all the evidence against Bryan and that she was very concerned that until she got the evidence and had sufficient time to review it she did not believe she could ADEQUATELY defend Kohberger. That adequate defense is a Constitutional Right. So.... Bill Thompson with his stonewalling and bluffing and withholding of evidence forced Kohberger into waiving his right to a speedy trial.
Even in the absence of Thompson shenanigans, almost all defendants charged with murder waive their right to a speedy trial because our modern court system simply does not move fast enough for the defense to prepare an adequate defense in the short amount of time available. For some unknown reason, Guilters interpret this waiver as "proof of guilt." It's proof of nothing regarding Kohberger's guilt or innocence or personal motivations. It only proves the realities of a situation of which Kohberger has no control.

Great video. I told you I just found your channel not long ago and playing catch up. Yesterday I watched your conversation with Caroline Miller. It was fantastic. The best and what I believe to be the best insight into Brent Kopacka. I believe her. I have always thought there was a Kohberger/Kopacka connection, just didn't know what. I have never thought either one had anything to do with this crime. My thoughts leaned towards they knew something LE didn't want them to know, or maybe saw something, or maybe Kopacka could have provided Bryan an alibi. But I know on Kopacka's online memorial there was a message, "My dear friend, you will be missed," signed BK. Coincidence maybe, but I doubt it.
Good luck to you Momma D in changing the minds of the guilters. They are set in their ways with their warped perception of truth and evidence. They are un-American and go against the very principle our nation was built on, a defendant is presumed innocent until proven otherwise in a court of law. The burden of proof falls upon the Prosecution and all I have seen thus far are falsehoods. But that is aided by MSM and some you tubers and other social media.
This case is much bigger with much more damage than 1 man and 1 KaBar and especially in the time frame set by LE.

The 2 that really get me are (1) they found a hair in his aot. (2) that found blood drops on his pillow. Could that be his own hair, his own blood? What has caused society to no longer be able to think for themselves? It seems so many people no longer use/have common sense. Even when told something they don't hear it. Bryan was forced, had no choice but to waive his right to a speedy trial, because the Feds had already stated they did not have anything to indict, and Idaho proceeded anways, yet never produced discovery, so who could blame Bryan Kohberger for wanting all of the information? I believe this case should reverse Frazier vs. Cupp 1969, because police should not be able to present false evidence as being true in order to try and force a false confession.

Its extremely difficult for me to listen to people who haven't followed the case.
While I personally don't believe there is enough for guilty/innocent; i am siding more on innocent or can't prove; but to the position about "not stalking" as shown in the videos of court- stalking by definition in Idaho is very specific and just because BK wasn't stalking "legally" doesn't mean he wasn't stalking like most people associate to stalking. While I personally don't think he was stalking, it isn't fully rulled out. (Sure, not by the Idaho Law, but could certainly qualify elsewhere

Stalking has elements that could not have been met, one of which would require the victim to be aware it's happening.
But what many people think of as stalking is different than the actual crime. He could very well have driven past the house many times, or even parked behind it and watched it for hours on several occasions and still not have committed the crime of stalking.
He would have been charged with stalking also and he was not.

This is going to drive me crazy finding where it’s been said that Kohberger never pinged on the tower again, but I know it’s been said. I do remember someone showing a clip from early days in the past couple of months where Thompson specifically says it and that Bryan for sure made the trip to Moscow and back no less than 12 times preceding the crime (not just leaving at him pinging there 12 times, but actually making the trip). I bet it’s been in a lot of news articles and I bet I do know one of them it’s in. It’s in one of Bubbly’s videos that starts “University of Idaho Community in Chaos after still unexplained k-llings”. I’m wondering if it’s in Blaker’s statement as well. I do remember this being one of the things I had to fight against with people a lot early on. I wish this was just damage control agents, but honestly, if you look at the Facebook groups, they’re still full of a lot of this.
