To jazz to rock , he nails it. Middle aged mother of two fine young adults here. I found you thanks to Justin's reaction video. Currently undergoing therapy for a violent sexual assault. Hard going. Then I heard "Hi Ren". The amount of power in your songs is unreal. The strength I have gotten from listening to Hi Ren on repeat is incredulous. Even my therapist is amazed at my recent progress. Your music is having such an awesome positive effect on so many people Ren. You're a blessing. There's a saying in Ireland (and probably elsewhere too) that goes "It's an ill wind that blows no good". All the years of sickness and dodgy docs etc that you have gone through, look at what it produced Ren? So excited to hear what else you come out with. Loving the lyrics for this one. Excellent.

Being mentally ill is NOT your fault, it's a symptom of the sickness of modern society. As others have said you are not alone, the biggest fear those in charge have is the rest of us waking up to how poisonous this so called system is to a lot of us. Even the "normies" are starting to realise they are being lied to and manipulated. If anything in 2023 the "mentally ill" are the ones who still believe in the system, those of us who got broken by it already are the sane ones, even if it often doesn't seem like it...

I've been listening to Ren for about 6 months now, and i swear i keep discovering gem after gem. I fall so in love with 3 or 4 songs at a time i cant stop repeating them, then i go onto something new of his thinking it cant get any better. Time and time again this man just keeps topping himself! Half of his songs are so moving they almost have me in tears, and the other half get me so fucking HYPED i can go for hours at the gym. Thanks to Ren in four abs into a six pack lol, and i spent the better part of my life borderline obese.

Love your music and videos, the whole thing. Hi Ren brought me to tears, so much in it I could relate to. I'm 64 now and the more I listen to your lyrics the more I realise not much has improved or changed over my lifetime.
The same reaction I had, and I’m 42. I dont know what it is about Ren and how he delivers his art and reminding me how it was. Hi Ren caught me as well, I think the struggle he had is something 3/4 of us men have had to go through.
This very pier in the vid and the city is where I pissed away my future security clearance for over a year, before I moved to Norway. Hard times but Ren managed to remind me of the good memories with this mashup song!

I've been out of touch with world wide reality for over a year now because of not having cell service and living in a car. I used to listen to Ren so much in 2017-2019 and then fell off from everything. I just started from scratch again with my music career, and it's been so beautiful seeing all of these powerful artists shine even brighter and push even harder for an actual positive change in this world. @@lonzza9069 I think that it's easier to achieve that when you have your own vision of what you want to achieve, are extremely hard working, and truly cultivate your talent. I study literature for a living and music can be analyzed as poetry. In that regard, I've heard many musicians with great skills but they rarely manage to depict the way they view the world or even share a story in unique way. It's usually a copy/paste of former kind of situation, which is how all artists start. But they rarely evolve towards their own style. For instance, I only of two artists so far (NF and MGK) who managed go create something that matched the difficult style thqt Ren explored with The Tale of Jenny and Screech. That format is so freaking hard to achieve!

I lived on those streets, the beach and the pier specifically in 1998, chugging strongbow and whitelightning cider under that pier, pigs caught me constantly for enjoying a spliff on those benches shown in the background at 1:51. Being 16 and dont give a shit was the the prime!
