Kolento threw the first game when he cleared the sylvannas, should of went face and let her go into his 3 low attack taunts, (he would of had 2 extra turns of face dmg) big misplay tbh.

Yes, it was a big misplay. Much nerves I guess, knowing how much it's on the line. Oh well, shit happens.

OMG...Kolento choking....you have an aggro deck, go face! I think Kolento is a brilliant deck builder but not so great player. Ive watched only the first game so far...

OK I know that my judgement is just seeing one game which is very unfair. Maybe he just had a horrible first game.

His decks weren't aggro. He ran reincarnate, Cairne and Sylvanas on his Shaman, and reincarnate is a completely situational card, and Sylv and Cairne are both mid-game/late-game minions. However, he did fuck up terribly in the first game when he traded his minions with Sylvanas and TBK. But either way, can you really blame him? It's the QUALIFIER to the world championship, you're bound to be a completely nerve wreck.

why is kolento hyped so much? he was terrible cause he keeps trading when he could of ended so much faster and safer if he just had gone face

True sometimes he overthinks, but he is overall an extremely intelligent player.

Please, don't. Just don't judge his skill based on these FOUR games. Kolento is arguably one of THE best HS players in the world, it just didn't get displayed these games. But yes, he did make a couple of very questionable plays, most notably when he traded his minions with Sylvanas and TBK, thus lost his superior board position, and that was a really bad move.
However, before you judge someone, you should always put yourself in his/her shoes. In this case it's his VERY FIRST world championship qualifier, so I think it's safe to say that you're bound to be a complete nerve wreck. Imagine for yourself: $250.000 on the line, but not only that, also fame and lets not forget, the title as THE best Hearthstone player in the world.
Lastly, another important part of this you should also take into consideration is the fact that he's put a lot of time and effort to even be were he is in this video in the first place. He obviously loves the game, and takes it very seriously, and that only worked as an enhancer for his nervousness.
