    Man, these things really got expensive! The technology and comfort are great but it's too expensive for what it is. I hope that there will be manufacturers who will understand that with the rise in interest rates, simpler and less expensive models would be appreciated by many enthusiasts.

    Being a four cylinder the engine might be a little smoother than some. I don't see anything else compelling enough over my wolverine X2 850.

    the real problem is with the stupid high prices 18 to 45 even 50 grand for a sidexside now atvs are getiing close to 20 grand for a 1000 out the door no wonder cf moto atvs n sidexsides are stealing customers from these big companies with better warranties just as reliable as they are partnered with ktm plus been around over 30 yrs as for the brute force 750 out dated only thing new for it is price is 5 grand higher then 2006 model with only differnce power sytering n differnt headlight dated

    I am a big kawi fan however, I'm very disappointed in this hyped release. This is basically a Ranger with a four-cylinder engine that produces only two more horsepower than the two cylinder ProStar engine? Look at the front a arms they are twigs not even high arched. The tires are from 2015 in size little pizza cutters. Sorry, but this isn't revolutionary in any way shape or form and I think it will flop in sales unfortunately....It has nothing over any of the competition.... Now if team Kawasaki put their heads on right they would have made something equivalent to the Polaris expedition utilizing the KRX frame with the four cylinder engine, including the interior amenities that the expedition is known for. And of course top it off with KRX legendary strong A arm components and add unitized hub bearings, (this is a positive trend) you would have a serious contender in the market..... Sorry but I grade this new machine to the market a solid c+....

      I agree with some of what you say but the XR model comes with 30” tires. That’s fairly big in today’s sxs world. Give them time to expand this model and soon we’ll have more models. This shows Kawasaki is serious about competing in the sxs market with a new model release. A good thing in my mind. I wouldn’t call it a failure

      Isn't this kind of like an HD gasser pick up truck? The gas HD engine may not offer much more power than a half ton engine offering, but it's built to work

      I tell you one thing. Getting ready to upgrade from my 2020 ranger and I’ll never buy anything but Japanese machines from now on. Had way too many problems with Polaris garbage

      Has nothing over the competition? Its a Kawasaki. That alone is a BIG plus over the competition. Current hvac cabbed utility options are limited to the Ranger and Defender. Not interested in either, sorry. They will sell a TON of these to farmers, ranchers, acreage owners, hunters, and everything in between. I can’t wait to own one.

    I honestly like it, a few tweaks and there would be one in the Hunterworks Fleet. A camo HVAC model, arched black A arms and lower the RPM in High Range, 8500 at 57 is around 2000 rpm higher than any other HVAC utility type vehicle. My opinion is that with this rpm you will have the same clutch issues as the KRX does when it is ran at higher speeds for any distance. The CVT stays closed up and then that accelerates the clutch wear because all the parts are not moving, just sitting in one spot.

    Kawasaki, being late to the game,could've been a game changer. Instead, they played it safe and didn't offer anything better than the competition. Why a four cylinder if it is not more powerful than the other brands? Thirty inch tires should be the new standard for these rigs! Kawasaki is known for their reliability and better warranty though.

    I bought my Nissan Pathfinder with a complete stereo system, cameras, etc for less than this "Limited" model sxs. I'm not really sure where the industry is trying to go but they should take note of what happened when HD priced itself out of the industry.

    Looks a lot like a bigger Mule Pro MX from the side view. The front grill and lights has ques from a Honda Pioneer 1000. Overall, not a bad looking machine but it's a "Meh" from me as far as styling. If I were to get into anything more than 60 inches wide, it would be the Hvac trim. Why not? If you're gonna get something as big as a truck, might as well be in comfort. The price tag will never allow me to pull that trigger though.

    As usual the higher end models are ridiculously priced...that $33k US is in the high $40k's without the tax here in Canada so that's a $50k plus play toy...no thanks.

    Looks good. Still out of reach for the basic buyer. The ATV is better at 11-13,000 US. GOOD GRAPHICS.

    Kawasaki missed a big opportunity to bring something new to the market to compete against the Canam Defender limited max and the Polaris Ranger Northstar ultimate. They failed.

    Same engine could be used on the Jet Ski line. For sure you will see a 999cc in line 4 with supercharger making 200hp on the LX160. The engine sounds a lot better option than the BRP rotax 3 cyl 900cc of the maverics / sea doo sparks.

    I absolutely disagree with the comparison, its more of a Polaris ranger and canam defender head on competition. General lol no, commander no yamaga rmax no lol.That is silly talk. I'm not surprised buy tbis release but I see nothing ground breaking here. Like some have said. No A arm arch, just basic. This will outsell the Mule I'm sure but it's no wonder cfmoto is knocking it out of the park, and at a better price point.

    Woah $24-$35…I’ll take a CFMoto UForce 1000 with Cab enclosure, heat/air, wipers & turn signals for $22,000 out the door any day before I’d spend $35,000 on that toy 🤦🏻‍♂️

    Looks like a good machine and I like what they did with. But for me I'll stick with the Defender Cab and if I was to upgrade it will be a Defender Max Limited.

    My 20-year-old 999 cc Kawasaki, in-line four-cylinder makes 175 hp the upgrade to 116 hp is pathetic and anemic at best.

    The Ridge is competing with the Can-Am defender. Not the commander. Also it's competing with a Polaris Ranger. You cannot get the Polaris General with HAVC and also, you cannot get the Commander with HAVC. Also, the commander does not come with a option to have enclosed cab or HAVC.

      Suspensions sucks with only 12.7" front and 10.1" rear wheel travel. RMAX2 destroys it with 14.2" front and 16.9" rear wheel travel. The Ridge is made for farmers.......did you even watch the release footage?

    At these price points there should be no compromises. Pitiful HP numbers out of a liter bike style motor. Just put the damn ZX-10 motor in there without any modification. All the big 4 should have done that ages ago. I'm with the guy that said they should all come with 30" tires, adjustable shocks and arched A arms. Give the people something that is on par with a typical modded machine from the factory and the sales will follow. Also pitiful is the Brute refresh - where's this innovation? Drivetrain wise it might as well be a Prairie. Where's the new big displacement motor and a newer drivetrain? Mechanically this is basically still a Prairie/Brute 650/700. Which is fine, I love my old SRA Brute, but come on now this is getting beyond long in the tooth. No wonder so many have went over to the CanAm camp over the years. I'm a fanboy for the big 4 Japanese owned brands, but at least CanAm has pushed the boundaries.

    I'm kind of confused with Kawasaki's thinking here. I feel like they would have been better off just making a 4 door mule with air conditioning. It's too fancy for working but not sporty enough for serious trail duty.

    What a f'ing let down. Typical kawi, disappointing and conservative. The base making 90 some hp 😂. The sporty line making 2 more then their flagship KRX. Even even they release the supercharged version of this motor in the KRX, it won't be over 150 HP mark my words and remember me saying it now lol. Realistically the only 2 that matter in the performance side are cannedham and Polaris pro... And it will likely always be like that. Japanese make great reliability vehicles but just lack behind when it comes to innovation and power. Other brands have had an inclosed cab for a couple years with heat and ac. Typical kawi trailing along journeys later. This is why I'm switching brands. Had a brute force would have loved to get into a KRX but not enough power there. I do zero rock crawling, zero mud. Gotta go to the Polaris side i guess.

    At the price point, with the given specs, the ridge is laughable. It's a mule with an ipad. No 4 seater model. Honestly, buy a brand new 4x4 jeep for the price. Huge L for Kawasaki.

    Zero Motorcycles battery power and powertrain for Polaris will be what makes the noise for 2024 as energy prices continue to surge across all of North America as do baseline prices of these items plus maintenance costs. These aren't the total pieces of junk Can-Am made themselves famous for anymore and Kawasaki will put the exclamation point on that with this but actual practical farm and woodland use will still be sticking with the Mule and Kubota. Still far more practical around actual businesses and real life lifestyles than a actual Farm Tractor hence the enormous prices being commanded up front for this entire Industry but again as with the USA Motorcycle Industry at the moment Big China starting to really impress with both far lower prices and vastly greater economics which Kawasaki isn't even bothering to address here. Very: long story short
