I love how that step by step lesson , looks so efficient! Achieved my first bar MU today and feel after that video that the RMU will be okay too hahah. Thank's for the video :)
There are people who teach ring muscle up as a push back on the rings into a face pull, in contrast to the hips to ring. Any thoughts on this? Is that the difference in technique for a rising vs a rowing rmu? Would love to know your insights on this topic :)
Really useful info Monroe, thanks! I’m curious about the false grip and how much I need to drill that. Some YT videos suggest that false grip (with rings right up against the wrist ) is essential. If true, I’m a long way off. In your vid, it looks like athletes are able to just jump up and get a good general grab of the rings. Do you have any advice? Should I drill the false grip or just get on with the rest of the movement
So this is the second video in the series. In the first video I go over false grip when it comes to strict mups…I don’t think that you should use a false grip when kipping on the rings. But I also think that you need to be training both variations as you are trying to progress.
Just got my first one. Your video made it seem effortless. Thanks!!
Oh man so nice!! Good job! Glad it helped 🙌🏼🙌🏼
That was great! Well done....thank you for taking the time to make this video.
Really nice man! I’m gonna try it! ❤
Applying these techniques has really helped. Great video, thanks!
This video is gonna help me get a ring muscle up tomorrow. This made so much sense. Thank!

You gave me some new hope to do this.
I love that! It’s just a skill…you can build the strength and practice the skill to do anything!
Can’t find the part 3. Do you mind sharing the name of video please?

Thats no muscle up... Thats a swing up... Its called Muscle up cause you habe to do it with muscles not with momentum...
