Someone like Judge Webster is no nonsense but Arth is just an a$$ and lacked so much professional in this video. I'm personally disappointed in his behavior and I'm also disappointed in the commentary on this video. I also feel like his behavior was bordering on sexist if not outright sexist. I'm not giving either of the lawyers a pass on their shortcomings and certainly anyone can disagree but this is my strong opinion after watching this video.

The properties even as a separate company would still flow to their personal tax returns as a K1, but if they’re the only owners it’d be a schedule E on their personal taxes under the LLC if there is one. They may be early on in the rental properties where they’re breaking even and not profitable yet.

I'll explain it. Mexicans do a ton of contracting under the table all cash deals and they work under different and fake social securities you would be surprised how much money is in the illegal Mexican things. They even get car loans and house loans all with fake documents and they game the system by still getting government entitlements food stamps, free rent, free medical, so trust me they hide their money very well.. just look at THIS CASE!! the chick is scamming the dude is scamming it's all just smoke and mirrors with dreamers.

A lot of the captions come across the bottom, and for those like me who have a hard time hearing sometimes, we can read along with those captions. With your handsome picture on the top, the captions are more clear. I’m not a computer jerk, so don’t know if this is even possible. If not, oh well. Thanks anyway. ❌⚖️❌ So the Judge says earlier something to the effect of: 25:22
👨🏼‍⚖️ 🗯️ *”STOP TALKING … Wait 5 seconds AFTER I FINISH ASKING A QUESTION before you respond.”* _(Not verbatim but close enough)_
👤 She waits 5 seconds before answering.
⚠️⚠️ The next time he asks a question, 26:55 *SHE WAITS THE 5 SECONDS*
❌❌❌ He *WILL NOT* LET HER ANSWER and the 👨🏼‍⚖️ starts talking *after 4 seconds OR LESS*
👨🏼‍⚖️🗯️ _How is that my problem today? _
*when clearly* her lawyer 👤 was waiting 5 seconds* before responding.

But certainly not the entire process from start to end. At least for criminal court, I'm not sure if civilian court has also had restrictions on allowing cameras or broadcasting of the entire process - but I don't remember ever seeing any footage from our courtrooms.
