I think I kinda understand why she did the piercing because at least it was her someone she knew that wouldn’t take advantage of a kid and be sexual. As she knows Orel the kid he is would have tried to find someplace or someone else which would’ve gotten him more harm. So, the more I think about it the more it makes sense. Especially, because Orel comes back for another one and she explains there that it’s not about sex but, about affection and emotional connection.

I wish we got to see Stephanie and Clay interact more. They are perfect opposites of each other. Both had rough childhoods and complicated broken homes, both also have lost queer loves too. Stephanie took her loses with stride, found a way to use those experiences to make her a better person to others, she struggles so much but doesnt attack the world for it. Clay is another queer person who lost a lot but the difference is how he let it change him. Bitter and hateful, Clay only wants the world to suffer like he has, every experience has just made him bitter and spiteful to all the other people around him. Stephanie wants to give good to the people around her despite it all, Clay wouldn't understand why you'd *ever* want to help "people"
@pigeonmilk119 She is using "short" in place of "child". "I would like a piercing that will increase the pleasure of intercourse" "Aren't you a little too short for one of those?" Then "Then when you're finally tall enough to drive home your wife will be squealing like she won a year's supply of panty hose" She acknowledged he is too young for that kind of piercing and too young to be having intercourse but chose to do it because she wished she had someone to do it when she was a child. That's weird.
I don't think this scene was meant to show how sweet and nice she is. It's meant to show the consequences of religious extremism and indoctrination. Orel doesn't fully understand what he is doing (even wondering why he would have to take his pants off) and Stephanie's trauma is clouding her judgement. That is not a positive situation they're in. If Coach Stopframe (or some other LGBTQ character) agreed to help an 8 year old girl do kegel exercises or get a tongue piercing to please some guy in the future I think people would see it differently. Even if it was strictly "platonic".
Fr unfortunately i first meet the worst type first, anyways the first good one i meet was so sweet she literally killed almost all the homophobia i got on my mind, i couldn't believe and i still can't believe there's so good people in this world.

Her living a free style different from the other citizens. not being braiwashed by religious groups nor trapped within a text or a list of (do & don't) to justify her decisions in life made her act of compassion crystal clear & pure because she's not blaming the devil when she slips nor does she expect a godly reward for being "nice".
Still can’t believe the same woman who played Cindy Vortex is playing Orel
😱
and Sandy Cheeks
And Ashley from Re4
Damn this video really shows how much better the animation got over time.
I adore me some Steph ☺️
Same
@@alexchicas5941 Yep 😌
Stephanie is officially my favorite character ever in this show ❤
I love how much of a big sister she is to Orel
I love so much episodes from this show especially closeface. Not only Stephanie kinda plays a big role, orel and christina are really cute and as well as steph doesnt want orel to suffer what she had go through in high school. Love her fr
This show can never stop hitting you.
Its so good.
orel getting excited when stephanie agrees to go to church will never not be adorable
yesss thank you sm. i love herrrr
I just finished moral orel and it warms (and at the same time breaks) my heart when I see Orel in the first 2 seasons. He's just so happy.
My heart was melting the way she described love, I almost cried watching this 😭
(WE STAN STEPHANIE)
Stephanie is this show's best character
saw this comment extremely confused cuz I didn't remember ever seeing this video only to realize there's another person with my profile picture lmao
@@frimi8593 This is a surreal experience
@@afoolishfopdoodle3284 This is... acceptable
@@frimi8593 Where do we go from here
@@afoolishfopdoodle3284 damn, hell if I know. Still an extremely surreal experience, as you put it lmao. Any chance you've got a discord? (this is the avatar I use on literally all my media accounts)
She is the sweetest in the entire show. I love her so much
She really gave a kid a price albert
I want one
the pastor actually accepting Stephanie is actually quite nice
I love how nice Stephanie is despite being an outcast in moralton. Apart from Orel, she is probably the most moral and most Christian-like person in the town, she just goes to show don’t judge a book by its cover
That last scene with putty and Stephanie was so sweet, and moral and Christina getting a happy ending
8:24 oh god the foreshadowing.
Everyone is talking about how nice she is but not the first clip 💀
Fr
I love Stephanie - the sweetest character in the show (next to Orel)! Edit: I also love the bond she developes between her and Rev Putty.
Omg you’ve brought back unspeakable horrors my mind has locked away so deeply and this video opened the gates being a kid growing up on adult swim was a trip much love everyone happy Easter
“Dad!”
“Hi Kid! Pretty song”
my heart is melting over here tyvm
I remember the maternal pang being described as her wanting to be a mother figure for him, and... *THAT'S SO CUTE ❤❤❤❤❤*
OMG I WAS LOOKING FOR A VIDEO LIKE THIS EARLIER TODAY!
11:35 lol, this is so unexpected and genius.
I wish I met a girl like this in real life 😢😊
same
God shes so iconic. I love her
I wish we got to see Stephanie and Clay interact more. Stephanie wants to give good to the people around her despite it all, Clay wouldn't understand why you'd *ever* want to help "people"
i wonder how stephanie feels being the sweetest and the bteer person of the whole town
It’s a thankless job
I like how she refers to oral by his height not age in the first episode
@@LaFonteCheVi how is it creepy?
@pigeonmilk119 She is using "short" in place of "child".
"I would like a piercing that will increase the pleasure of intercourse"
"Aren't you a little too short for one of those?"
Then
"Then when you're finally tall enough to drive home your wife will be squealing like she won a year's supply of panty hose"
She acknowledged he is too young for that kind of piercing and too young to be having intercourse but chose to do it because she wished she had someone to do it when she was a child.
@@itwasaliens ok.
Stephanie deserves sm love
Big love for Kim’s VA, she’s so good at what she does!
So glad to see more Moral Orel appreciation in the recs
7:10 LMAOO god was joking
Punk lesbians can be the sweetest people. Or absolutely apeshit. I’ve met both but never in between.
W punk lesbians
Fr unfortunately i first meet the worst type first, anyways the first good one i meet was so sweet she literally killed almost all the homophobia i got on my mind, i couldn't believe and i still can't believe there's so good people in this world.
If this show wasn’t so dark and had way more Stephanie I’d probably watch it only for her 😔
I wish there are more gay characters like her, having personality, development, having flaws, and actually a character rather than just "existing" and just "oh this character is gay" thats it
Despite being Atheist, shes respectful towards Oral's religious faith and overall a sweet lady.
