Yes, good video. If I can add something: Bison has definately problems against characters who have a better zoning, and characters like Laura who put a lot of pressure against him. In fact, he HAS to create the pressure, and not to receive it.

He doesn't even have a decent wake up. R. Mika can just command grab him to death on wake up. The only solution to this is to back dash, but you'll have to be extra smart with it. Laura/Karin can just jump mix him up all day. I main bison with over 2500lp, and all my fights, I've seen some depreciation in wins as you move up in ranks. Bisons only last resort is his v-trigger. Sometimes when others have a better pressure game, which is the majority of time, it becomes a major challenge it to enable the skill. They need to buff bison...

+Kfloor01 Don't roll the stick to start into the DP. If you go down->down forward->forward to start the DP from Cr.HP you'll activate your CA. Bring the stick back to the center and then go into the DP motion. So Cr.Hp-center-DP.
Down HP is not that great for anti-air, he really struggle for air coming attack. I think Chun Li have a much better anti-air but she gets "decent" and bison get "good"??
If you're having trouble doing it at all, the easiest possible way is to have bison crouch (down/back) next to the opponent for the required charge time. Then (while still holding down/back) hit medium punch, then go from down/back to forward punch/kick. Think of the forward punch/kick part as replacing the quarter circle you use in other combos. They just require you to hold the opposite direction for a second or two first.

Also, if you didn't know, when you hold down/back, you're charging both directions at once (down and back). So from that position you can do his forward specials (blast/scissors) or his up specials (stomp/reverse). Have to know that to play a charge character.

Sam Mayes the bread and butter for charge characters boils down to one acronym... ABC. Always Be Charging. If you're throwing out normals, jumping in, or blocking, you're holding back so you can end your combo in a charge attack. Use knee press if you want to maintain pressure, and use psycho shot if you want to create distance. Inferno works really well as a quick special when you don't have that charge; it isn't optimal on damage, but under the right circumstances works as a great pressure tool since knockdowns give you more options for mixups on wakeup. If you're trying to close in quickly, devil's reverse is good, although you'll have to practice the inputs A LOT, as timing is pretty difficult against adept opponents who might forward dash to avoid you or might jump up to meet you for AA. Bison is really difficult to use, but he's so rewarding to play.
I hate the way street fighter controls work mortal kombat combos are way easier than this. I don't get why you have to hold the button in a certain direction in order to do a move. It's so dumb
I'm having a really hard time trying to do any of M. Bison's (or anyone with down-up, back-forward etc) moves that involve holding back/down then forward/up and punch/kick. It rarely does the move I want and I feel like i'm doing what i'm being told to do, but all that happens is a medium punch or kick, like my timing's off. Could someone help me with this, or send me a link to someone actually using a fightstick showing how to?

To be more technical, the game runs 60 frames per second so u will need to charge for 40 frames. Which is like 3/4 of a second
