GAINS ARE EVERYWHERE! Complete Climbing Workout
Вставка
- Опубліковано 16 жов 2024
- A full day of training for rock climbing, including campusboard, bouldering and hangboard workouts. I can feel that I got stronger compared to my fitness assessments, already! Potential imitators should keep in mind that the exercises on the hangboard, and especially on the campusboard, are suited for rather advanced climbers, so don't wreck yourself! It might make more sense to check out some Beginner Oriented Training Tutorials on my channel, if you're in that stage. I hope I could deliver some workout motivation to you guys, and I'll see you soon!

I can only say BRAVO =) Superbe Video Mani! I just enjoyed it a lot! Lots of motivation!
ican't wait for some new videos on the 45er! It looks amazing! Thx for the work!
Thanks man, can't wait to get back on that colorful wall!
Nice effort!

One of best thing in your videos are intros. Nice work.

Great video Mani, I love it! Top notch motivation material right there!
Mani, nice job first of all on your work out progression -- also, the video edit is fabulous!
Great video! Thank you!!
beast! 45er looks amazing!
You're a beast mate.
Sick video. Do more like this 😊😊☺️
what are your thoughts on hangboarding and campusing with open grip versus half crimp? when do you do either and why`?
very inspiring and motivating video.
How often do you train a week and how many days are you using for your body to rest?
Greets from Germany
Mani, do you ever train with a vest weight or added weights? Do you have any advice on this, like how much weight to use when it comes to dead hangs and climbing with added weight?
Do you already have a video on how many days per week you train and what? :) Feel like if i train too much i get pain/small injuries everywhere haha. Thx for the video, so motivating :D
Great joh on this intro manny
Hey Mani! What's the beginner shoe you recommend? The link isn't working. Awesome video btw, it's clearly a lifestyle for you!
Thanks, it's the five ten Anasazi! From which country are you watching may I ask? Would be interesting for me since your link didn't work!
Factor number 3: Privilege..plenty of time and awesome gym..do you think it's possible to have a complete work out and evolution with 4 x 50 minute sessions a week (including warm up and stretch) PLUS one day at the crag (saturday or sunday)? 3 hours session a day it's just impossible :(
Hi Mani, thank you for all your inspiring videos. My friends who leads climbing workshops in Bratislava claims, that it is not good to do stretching before climbing (muscles are "cold"), but it is good to do it after the training. What do you think?
This is true. I only stretch legs before limbing, because it gives me more mobility and accuracy. I actually never stretch the upper body apart from a little mobilising (however upper body stretching can be done, after the workout).
Great song 👍
Congrats on 1-4-7! Do you think there is any way you could compile all efficient cuisine videos into one playlist on your channel for easier access? Also, new 45er session video soon?? :D
I already have an efficient cuisine playlist, and I'll do my best to hit the 45er soon again!
Sorry haha i'm real dumb. Excited for the 45er though!
im 5 weeks into medical school and I feel like i just dont have so much time to train anymore. any recommendations/super high yield to focus on? or guidance on what needs to most maintenance T_T
All things being equal I would say, for sure to focus on maintaining finger strength. Strength and power in general take a longer time to develop then endurance or strength endurance. Endurance for routes can be trained reasonably quickly after a lay-of period. But finger strength in particular is build up over years. Better not to lose some of those hard earned gains imo.
Static stretching as a warm up can have some negative effect on your training. It is a wrong old theory which has been abandoned years ago now. I personally would use movement-based exercises for hips mobility and then do a good static stretching after the session.
Excessive stretching prior to exercise can reduce muscle strength temporarily. Light range of motion exercises are all you really need for warmup. However he was only stretching his lower limb primarily, so for a campus workout, it wouldnt affect it much :)
Hi Mani, thanks for the video, loved it! Just curious, are you a 9gagger? ^^ ignore this if you think it's none of our business...
Had to google it to know the deal, not so far :P
My skin would be gone after the campus session
To be honest mine suffered quite a bit as well, that's why I kept the subsequent sessions rather short :P
Joe Henshall Me too ☹️ I have a skin desease and I can't do that shit for more than 20 min 😂
Someone should do a meme with 2:47 :D:D:D
Wie? Heute nicht mitn Radl unterwegs sondern ganz faul mit Bus oder Tram?
