Had problems with my malibu and blazer starting and stalling or not starting at all.... ended up being the security system ( the computer isnt recognizing the key ). My blazer doesnt have the security system you lock/ unlock with. Its a problem within the vehicle.Turn key to on position for 10 minutes (all dash lights on) 9 minutes 59 seconds wont work, at the 10 minutes turn key back off then it will crank. This is a common problem with chevrolet. I wanna give credit to my wife for discovering this..... we love our chevys still. For those who may need this info
the coolant temp sensor on the top sends data to the computer. one on side shows temp on the dash. I made a mistake of changing top coolant. then forgot to plug it back in.. It would not start up.
have had this problem with my 94 k1500 this year (though now its gotten better) not 100% sure what the problem was but i know theres a few possibilities.. still runs great tho 209k miles
@@thebull5099 drivers side just to the rear of the no.1 spark plug. That's the sending unit for your gauge, the one by your thermostat housing is the sensor the computer picks up data from
Definitely the engine temp sensor, had the exact same problem on my 93. New temp sensor fixed it right up. Easy fix.

You need a new fuel pump. That pressure is way too low.
