@@philipbursee Been awhile, testing my memory, under system config there should be an option to "Uninstall DPF". Sometimes the DCP gets a mixed signal on the communications lines that makes it think that there is a DPF installed, and with no messages coming from the DPF, it starts setting faults for lack of communications. The "Uninstall" function tells the DCP not to expect DPF messages.
I followed your instructions to the letter and it didn't do anything I still don't have air. Whenever I push the AC it doesn't even allow me to adjust it, it does nothing.
Aye trucker buddy me and girl just had a whole tutorial watching and got ours to work thanks a lot bro
Glad I could help
Worked for me.. saved me a trip to the shop .thanks
This guy hiding the password 😂
Not my password to push around... If they are locked by the owner!
This is just for resetting faults. It helps when your looking to find what fault codes are causing issues....
Thank you, it worked!
Probably saved me 100s of dollars
My comfort pro dosent give me the option for system configuration.. its an 08 unit..
This is for 2015 to current with this display. Not sure about 2008 units.
That reset fault part is not coming up on mine . Maybeci keep missing a step
when you go into the menu, go to system configure 1st then system reset.
Did the unit even have a DPF installed?
this unit did not have DPF installed

You can go into the DPF Menu and disable if no DPF is present.

This isn't a repair process just a reset faults how to. If you dont have Air you will need to seek service!
That doesn’t do nothing but clears out the faults
Which is why the discription is "Resetting faults on a carrier apu"
Not helpful
Dang it... Could you not figure out how to reset faults? Or was the video not clear on how to reset them?
