That certainly was a decent lasagne guys. Good portion & very tasty. Winner, winner, pasta dinner ! The steak baguette looked very good also. The waffles were terrific but the fish left you FLOUNDERING (Sorry, I (Robbie) couldn't help myself). Nice video again Tracy & Colin. Thankyou for sharing your food experiences on your US trip. Much appreciated.

      Hi my loves,
Ok you may say yuk lol
But this Italian sauce or gravy as it's called
2ways so don't worry lol also I do not measure ingredients I just go by look and taste!!! And I know you probably do the same old school way or nanas way lol
Ok a 2 pigs trotters it's the lovely taste it will give your sauce and jelatin brown them in a pot with a little oil then a little chicken stock for about 2hours on low
Then put 2 large tins of Italian crushed tomatoes 🍅
      Seasoning
      Fresh garlic a whole clove
      Onions chopped small
      Red green peppers
      Celeary
If u like a kick to it add some chili peppers
      2 Bay leaf
      Italian Seasoning
      Salt pepper to your taste
      Some sugar to your taste
      About 6 Fresh tomatoes
      Parsley chopped
Tomatoe sauce I used something in a small carton when I was home don't know thename
Then cook on slow for another for hours
If sauce starts to get to thick just had a little chicken stock take out pig trotters eat if u like lol my Nana used to cook these and eat me to lol
You can jar this or freeze I make in big batches
When 4 hours finished, you can blend this so smooth but u don't need to I just like so I canmake other things with it,
Meat balls with this is amazing
I make them the same with mince meat ground pork Seasoning
      Chopped basil
      Onions
      Garlic
      A little Worcester
Mix together fry to brown then cook in your sauce yummy
Let me know if you make this you can also get me on face book messager face time I'm going to send u my phone number for next time ur in the states

The lasagna looked good despite the missing meat! I think the cheesesteak you had before looked better.
Love the white wood paneling in that room!

Hi Tracy and Colin. You had some fab food here, the cheese steak sandwiches looked amazing. 😋 On to the pineapple cider (yummy) and the chicken waffles were great, such a pity that the flounder wasn't to your taste, almost any other kind of fish would have been better.
This was a fab vlog, we loved it, thanks. 🤓🐶🧔
