Thanks for watching this video! Since a lot of you have asked why this series is called the "Taco Trip" let me explain: as we were traveling through Mexico we discovered so much delicious food in each region (we were in CDMX, Puebla, Oxaca and Chiapas). While every region has their very own signature dishes we could always have Tacos in each of them and we did...because we ate so many during this trip (perfect roadtrip food!) we simply decided to name our trip after it, it were also the Taquerias where we got to chat with locals and had so many friendly encounters. Those of you who know my travel philosophy through my videos over the years will know that none of my content is meant to be racist - my aim is to showcase the diversity of the world and celebrate it.

My mom grew up in Chiapas, it’s considered as Mexico’s #1 poorest city in poverty. She always said don’t let the title or city fool you. Because the nature itself is beautiful and the most beautiful place to visit if you’re into more of sightseeing and nature than the city. When she was younger she would always walk it from home to the lakes to wash laundry. Just seeing this video made me stunned and in love. That I’m willing to visit for my mom. I showed her your video and it teared her up. Thank you for the love and hard work you out into these videos as it can be emotional for those who miss their hometown. Love the work and keep up ♥️
