What is that tapered cup called or part number? I got the same kit for my Disco 4 and realised that the cup is missing (I changed my suspension in May this year I think this might have been lost then…I didn’t change it myself). I need to get new cups.
It is important for everyone to know that installing the tie rod end without the cup your rubber boot will be damaged or “eaten” by the suspension metal. I have that issue so had to change mine…for the second time this year and you can’t buy the tie rod end only

It's a reducing bushing. I don't understand why you would reuse that part.

"Hello good night greetings from Mexico sound" knows how to interpret this torque sequence of 18 lbf. Ft + 18 lbf. Ft + 18 lbf. Ft + 180 ° is the tightening of the head bolts of a Land Rover Freelander 2002 2.5L 6 cyl engine. "

Nice, I need to change mine on my 2000 Discovery 2, a video of that would be great. Also, I can hear a "clunk" sound when accelerating for the first 30 secs of startup or so, every 5-10 sec. then it goes away. Any chance on what could it be?

Assuming the issue is with the outer tie rod end, yes.
