I was a fan of the movie as a child without having read the books, and I especially loved Prince/King Caspian and Queen Susan's love story. I just read the book now as an adult and imagine my disappointment to know that they weren't really a thing. T______________T
The heroes and heroines of Narnia have always been children. Romance is out of the question. Caspian's true love was the Daughter of Ramandu, with whom he fell in love when he was 16.
