    Excellent choice of exercises! Also interlacing your fingers behind your back and then folding forward with your upper body while standing is a great one too!

    Will these provide instant relief or does it take time to heal. I did these and my shoulder hurts worse now

      Depends on what you’re looking for relief from. If you have a shoulder injury these might aggravate the issue. If you have tight shoulders these will likely help

      @@bulletproofforbjj I did these over the weekend and I think they helped. My shoulder feels a lot better now. I think it was just an impingement or just over using it from improper frames
