Your Driver Mike the customer can lie and say they never received it. Couldn’t it affect our rating?
#3 - another problem with speeding - one ticket may wipe out all of your earnings for the shift.
#26 - as a mom and pop pizza shop driver, I went to Google Maps on my PC and took screen shots of the local apartment complexes and printed them. Drove through the complexes and labelled my maps with the building numbers or letters. Took them to Staples and had them laminated and keep them in my car. Very easy to read in the dark. Obviously this is less worthwhile if you're delivering with an app because you don't know where you may wind up.

The tip on speeding is actually good advice man. You don't get to your destination any faster AND you run the risk of undoing a day or two of profit by having a nice speeding ticket to pay off, not to mention your driving record hit and other considerations in terms of risk.
Exactly, for revenue, time and safety there just is no benefit

I usually update them through texting if the food is not ready or get stuck in drive thru. Most custimers appreciate that and pay me more tips and be more understanding for taking longer time.

Wow this video needs to be updated. DoorDash let’s customers have the option of leaving orders at their front door, as well as instacart. Some customers orders might say they want you to hand it to them but they left instructions asking for contactless order, so what do you do? You leave the order at their front door with a picture showing the order is there.
Question, what do I do if there is an item missing from the order? Are we supposed to check the order after the restaurant seals the bag/ container?
Don't open bags/containers, but compare the amount of drinks and pizzas/food containers with the order while picking it up.
i did some of the stuff mentioned in this video on my first session and i got many comments as well as 60 dollar in 2 hours and 45 minutes!

If you do not carry a bag in the restaurant having cell phone in hand the workers will already know your there to pick up an order. I don’t carry a bag inside. I main Ubereats and they do not give you a hot bag.

Sorry but tip #8 can work against you. I work in NYC where some restaurant workers aren't too eager to assist you when you walk in with that monogrammed delivery bag.

I tried saying "Hi, I have an order for Dave." And now I can never find my customer. They always just say "Oh... I'm not Dave." And walk away.
