Looking at this video it made me hungry and now I wanna have masala dhosa and pani puri at 6AM in India, dhosa looks really authentic, pani puri you still have to come to india and discover what it tastes on street and how spicy it is and how many different varieties we have even being Indians we cannot make it at home as good as our street vemdors but 9.9 out of 10 dhosa.

In my place Kolkata, one of the best panipuris ( fuchka) are found. You are just putting the boiled potato and chick peas. But that's not the way. Mash the potato and the chickpeas. With boiled green pepper chilli , onion , some red chilli powder. Some bhaja mashla ( mixture of jeera, dhone , dry read chilli and all grinded in a smooth powder) . prepare some tamarind water, mixed with salt , black salt , green chilli paste , bhaja masala , some lemon with essence ( gandharaj ). Add some of the tamarind water to the mashed potato mixture we created , and mash it until it becomes creamy.
Now fill the potato preparation in the golgappa or fuchka .. dip it well inside the prepared tamarind water and eat.
That's how we eat fuchka in Kolkata. And once you eat that , you will like more and more and more ,even than the 9.8 rating you ate..

Pani puri is my absolute favourite snack, It is very light yet flavourful .. I'm very choosy about Pani puri I mean in India there are very few places where I prefer to have PP , i just want to have the perfect PP ...
