The music video that made me a Stones fanatic. I actually watched this during the Christmas season at my local On-Cue down South. The other patrons were getting upset about it being onscreen. I was just staring at it and saying "Wow." To this day, "Sympathy For the Devil" is the only sermon I've ever taken on faith.
Have to admit this is actually really alright! Glad to hear Norman Cook didn't completely bastardise this classic song and has essentially shown respect and just added a little of his own magic to an already majestical song. Good job! :o)
Fatboy slim definitely did a great job on this masterpiece no doubt,this song started as a bob Dylan and then samba,but I believe it was Charlie who found the right beat for a rare stones sound,they have not sounded like this since,but then again alot of their songs are unique one of a kind.
