After years of being only in Japanese, the exclusive version of Budokai 2, known as Dragon Ball Z 2 V, is finally being translated into English by me. This version is unique, as unlike the other versions, this one has Frieza's brother, Cooler.
This is still a W.I.P, so everything seen is not final.
