Thank you Sho for another very good video. The grilled beef and miso soup looks really tasty. However, the pasta salad is not like I would prepare it and how I like it. I like pasta salad a lot, especially when its warm (not the pasta salad, but the wheater), and there are so many things that you can put in it. However, for me, the only thing that should be cooked, are the pasta, all other ingredients should be raw. This could be tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, radishes, olives, paprika, mozarella cheese, feta cheese, tinned tuna fish, capers, nuts, pomegranate seeds, watermelon, parsley, basil, tinned sweet corn and much more. For the sauce, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Thank you for your comment.
The warm pasta salad sounds delicious. In Japan, cold pasta salad is the major type of pasta salad. There are macaroni pasta salads, and there are noodle pasta dipping salads.
@@Japanese_homecooking_sho I think you misunderstood me. The pastad salad that I like, is also cold. I just enjoy it on a hot days. And I want all the things added to the cooked and cold pasta, to be cold. So thats its refreshing.
@@swissfoodie3542 I see. I was mistaken. You eat cold pasta salad on a hot day. Then the ingredients you gave me in your comment sound very tasty.
Love the recipes, it will be fun to replicate them. One small advice, maybe change the music, it's pretty annoying and doesn't match with the vibe of the video. Cooking sounds are natural and very soothing and I think you can gain more subscribers when the video is 100% enjoyable
Myself, I enjoy the videos and dont feel that the music is annoying at all. I wish that Sho will get more sucbribers soon. He defently deserves them.
@@swissfoodie3542 I agree that too :) it’s a lovely wholesome channel with authentic cuisine

Thank you both of you for your comments and advice.
As for the background music, we are struggling with that as well. We are trying to figure out if we should continue with our current method or if we should deliver only cooking sounds like ASMR. We will keep trying to upload videos that will please everyone more.
